Terrazza Marina is a 70s style villa located in a residential zone in the Argentario area, a few steps from Porto Santo Stefano. The villa is ideal for six people and has all the necessary services to stay for short periods, such as an equipped kitchen, a panoramic terrace where you can enjoy a stunning view, swimming pool, bar, parking and playground for children.
The villa is composed of a large terrace with outdoor furniture ideal for outdoor dining, a bright living room with large panoramic windows, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and a single bedroom with the option to add an extra bed, three bathrooms with bath or shower, an internal patio for the hottest hours of the day and a private parking. Shared with the other guests of the residence the reception area with a pool and the bar from which you can access directly to the sea and a playground for children.
Guests upon arrival must collect their passes at reception to access the shared spaces of the residence. Guests will have full and private access to whole villa.

From the villa you can directly access the sea in a rocky setting full of rocks that is typical of the Argentario area. For sand lovers, a few kilometers there are Giannella and Feniglia beaches that offer a completely different scenario.
