Apartment in villa of considerable architectural value with independent entrance. Surrounded by greenery in a peaceful and comfortable environment. Beautiful location with an exceptional 180 degree panorama of the Argentario, the island of Giannutri and the lagoon of Orbetello. Excellent base for nature excursions in the Maremma (WWF reserves and oases) and for cultural destinations in the ancient Etruscan territory. Possible excursions in the Tuscan archipelago. The apartment, very bright, consists of a large living room with single sofa bed, a small independent equipped kitchen, a large double bedroom, bathroom with shower. The windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Possibility of an extra bed to be placed in the living room or bedroom. Ideal for a couple with one or two children. Part of the garden is reserved for the apartment.
