The house is a perfect base for those wishing to discover all the scenic beauty of the place and enjoy the peace that only nature can offer. The interior and exterior furnishings, finely cared for, are designed to allow guests to rediscover the pleasure of experiencing moments of well-being and tranquility.

The accommodation

The Casa di Nonna Elvira, of 70 m2, is surrounded by nature!
Inside you will find two kitchens with two double sofa beds, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The rooms are equipped with everything you need. The furniture, made by local craftsmen, was designed to make the house livable in the best way and safe for the presence of children of all ages. Both in the kitchen and in the bedroom there is air conditioning, included in the price.

The house is located on the first floor of the villa. The owners live on the second floor. With them lives Ugo, a large dog who is free to wander in the garden. Ugo is playful, harmless and loves to be with people. However, if you are annoyed by his presence, the owners will keep it closed in a fence during your stay.

Guest access

Guests have independent access to the house and to the whole surrounding area. There is a large shared garden with barbecue area, patio and pergola with outdoor kitchen, equipped for outdoor dining. In the garden you will find tables with chairs and barbecue, deck chairs, a ping pong table and all the space you need to relax outdoors and enjoy the sun.

The owners of La Casa di Nonna Elvira will follow you throughout your booking. They will remain at your complete disposal, for any kind of clarification and information, before booking and during your stay. Free of charge, they will be available, for those who want it, to organize unique experiences with you and for you: food and wine tours, boat trips and walks to discover the hidden paths of Massa Lubrense. They will help you choose the best services offered in the area such as scooter, car, boat and taxi rental. They will respect your privacy and your spaces, remaining present for any type of problem or request.

Other things to highlight

Upon arrival, the tourist tax of € 2.00 per person per day for the first 5 days must be paid in cash. The tax must be paid by people over 18 and under 75. The tourist tax is not included in the rates shown but must be paid in cash at check-in.

At check-in, the final cleaning cost of € 70.00 must be paid in cash.
