On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room , a bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a big balcony with outdoor furniture that offers an amazing view of the clear blue sea. Around the villa there is a garden with grass, many colorful flowers and a swimming pool. The villa is close to cafes, restaurants, supermarket, spas, mini golf and beach bars. The infinite beach of Agia Marina is just 100 meters away from villa. We look forward to offer you unforgettable moments!

Separat und doch zentral

Die Villa liegt kaum 200 m vom Sandstrand und keine 100 m von Restaurants, Geschäften und Supermärkten entfernt. Dennoch ist man von dem Getriebe weit genug entfernt, um ungestört die Privatsphäre genießen zu können. Nach unserer Einschätzung eine ideale Lage für Familien mit Kindern. Die Einrichtung ist vollständig, geschmackvoll, modern und qualitativ hochwertig. Es gibt mehrere Fernseher im Haus, aber leider kein Sat-TV und damit auch keine heimischen Sender, dafür aber im Wohnzimmer Internet- TV mit Netflix-Zugriff. Die Gastgeber halten sich dezent zurück, sind aber bei Bedarf telefonisch und per WhatsApp sofort erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Villa Katerina weiter empfehlen.

Beautiful Villa!

Our vacation at the Villa Katerina was so great! The villa is very beautiful, lovely furnished and very clean. From the terrace upstairs as well as from the terrace downstairs the view is amazing, you can directly see the ocean. The pool is also very nice and very clean! Little shops, supermarkets and restaurants/bars are very close to the villa. There is also a sightseeing and taxi service. We were a group of six people and would definitely come back! The Villa Katerina is a 10 out of 10!

Simply the Best

We have been lucky enough to stay in a few villas in the past but none as comfortable, modern and enjoyable as Villa Katerina. We chose this villa due to the modern design and location. both were even better than expected when we arrived. The Quality of the villa was nothing short of what you would expect from a 5 Star hotel. The location.. 50m from the beach (Almira Beach bar a must) supermarkets and an easy 5-10 min walk to dozens of restaurants. There was a welcome pack of water, Juice and local pastries on arrival. The Pool was great size. good depth for adults and children alike and spotlessly clean. As for the view from the balcony you cant help but to sit up there with a coffee or something stronger and just sit back and enjoy. I cant complement the property enough, simply outstanding. Then you have to add in the owners who's attention detail doesn't stop just with the villa. They were on hand before we arrived helping answer our questions and even when there they check to make sure everything is ok and even dropped round more local produce during our stay. You know if there is anything you need they are on hand to assist. I wish them all the best for the future as they are onto a winner and I cant recommend staying here enough.
