Our home is located on the 9th Fairway of Pine Mountain's Championship golf course within an easy walk to the Pool, Pickle Ball courts, Clubhouse & Restaurant. You can view golfers, deer, turkeys from our large wrap around deck. Geese & ducks enjoy the pond located across the golf course. Our home hosts 2- 50" Smart TV's, Central heat & air conditioning & ceiling fans for your comfort. You will enjoy the compact, well-stocked kitchen and dining area in the open design which seats 6 looking out the picture windows at the course. Extra bar seating is a bonus. During the Fall & Winter months, cozy up to our beautiful hearth & fireplace made easy for you to enjoy with a remote access. (No wood to worry about!)

for quiet relaxation.
> Overhead fans are featured in loft area, and living room for guest comfort.
> Central heating and air conditioning assures comfortable temperatures throughout

> Off of the front deck is the golf course fairway, with a small pond . In the evenings
you can watch the deer grazing, turkeys & geese.
> Our gas BBQ is perfect for grilling up your steaks & burgers.
> Our home is a 5 minute drive to Groveland where you'll find Mar Val Grocery; organic
foods, butcher dept. & great wine selection. The Iron Door Saloon (oldest running
bar in Calif) is a must see, museum, park, coffee houses & casual restaurants are
located here.
> Within PML community you have access to an 18 hole Championship Golf Course,
Clubhouse & Grill, arrange for a Pickle Ball game. Use the Community Swimming
Pool which also has Ping Pong, Ice cream & snacks available. Pool hours for guests
are 12pm- 8pm (Bring your guest pass for entry)
> 3 public beaches with seasonal boat, SUP & kayak rentals,(Marina Beach)this beach
has a Lakeside Cafe which is open daily from May-Mid Sept and is very good. Burgers,
ice cream etc. Grass & shade trees go down to Lake. BBQ's & picnic tables provided
for lunch/dinner.
Dunn Ct Beach & Lake Lodge Beach are smaller & don't have all the amenities but
are quieter.
> Beautiful equestrian center for horseback riding. Trail rides & lessons available.

NOTE:
> PML charges a one time fee of $50,00 per car upon entry for access fee & accept
cash or credit. This is a one time fee which provides access to the private
community's amenities.
> We do allow pets (no more than 2) at our sole discretion. Please check with us first. A
one time charge of $150. will be charged. Pine Mtn Lake has a very strict leash law.
Do not allow your dog off leash during your stay. There is a dog park a short drive
from our home where your dogs can play off leash. This is a great dog park. Let me
know if you are interested and I can give you the combination to get into the gate.
PLEASE BE ADVISED: We do have a gated deck, but since dogs sometimes get
anxious in a new environment and bark excessively, scratch doors to get in, etc.
please consider taking them with you when you leave for the day. You will be
financially responsible for any damages that your dog may incur.
> Bus service to Yosemite leaves from the Mary Levorni Park near MarVal in Groveland
if you prefer not to drive. Check out YARTS public transportation site for rates,
routes & schedules.

This was our second stay at this wonderful house and we loved it even more. So comfortable and relaxing we loved seeing the deer and turkeys, watching the golfers, and taking our dogs on walks. Our teenagers had plenty of space to spread out, too. We cant wait to visit again.

We had a great time at this house. Very clean and comfortable. The big open windows with the view out the back was great. It was really fun to watch deer and other animals cross through the golf course in the morning. Would definitely recommend and also return for another visit.

Beautiful Get-Away

We'd never visited Groveland before and were delighted by the area and this home. The home was lovely and comfortable inside and out. We could have spent the whole time sitting in the family room or dining table looking out on the peaceful green, water, and forested area. We hope to come back in the summer when it is warmer and enjoy more outdoor activities..

Absolutely Beautiful!

Jane's home is definitely the best home we have stayed at in PML - she has thought of everything. We felt at home the second we walked in and there was plenty of space for the 7 of us to hang out. The deck and views are amazing! Our favorite times were spent sitting around the firepit in the evenings - it was so peaceful. We will definitely be staying again soon. Our Friendsgiving retreat was a success! Jane was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole booking process; she was able to book our tee time for golf which was a bargain for a course of that quality. Clean and cozy little home! Beautiful house on the golf course!

This house is beautiful! It was perfect for our family of 6! Jane, the owner, is so nice and always very responsive to questions. The house was very clean and had all the amenities that you need. The deck is the best part! Beautiful outlook and so lovely in the evenings with the sunsets. Our pups also loved the house and it was great to be able to bring them with us! The deck is great for dogs as it is fully enclosed and secure for the pups!

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this home. The home is remodeled beautifully and very clean. We loved relaxing on the deck in the evenings. The pool is a short walk away. We also enjoyed going to the beach. The only thing I would add to the home are beach towels. Most homes near a pool and beach have beach towels. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Had a wonderful time in the clean and well-appointed house. The house had almost everything we needed! We felt right at home in the house. Our only suggestion is for the owner to indicate that EV drivers should bring their own NEMA 14-50 adapter and mobile charging cable (specific to their EV). We did not bring ours and had to charge at the Groveland Tesla Supercharger multiple times, which cost us more than anticipated.

Sooo Awesome!

How can it get any better with your deck facing the 9th fairway, green grass, peace and quiet. The ninth is special for our family as it was the favorite golf hole of our parents. We had the entire family with us this year and our house was probably the best in the last 45 years of coming to PML. Clean, very well appointed and Jane was responsive and supportive of our requests. Don’t miss this one, it’s a gem!

We live in Santa Cruz and love our house in Pine Mountain. The best of both worlds, beach & mountains! We are very active & love to bike, surf, snowboard & golf. Feel so fortunate to be able to allow guests to enjoy our home, amenities that PML offers, our quaint town of Groveland and one of the most beautiful National Parks in the country.

Why they chose this property

We live on a quiet cul de sac in the private community of Pine Mt Lake. It has a wonderful view of the 9th fairway and extremely private. Walking distance to the pool & club house. This house has been in our family for over 50 years with our latest remodel in 2015.

What makes this property unique

Our property is a golfers delight! You can watch the golfers come down the fairway from our deck & the large windows in the dining room. The club house is within walking distance as is the pool, Pine Mtn Grill & Clubhouse. Very close to the main access road into town, yet no road noise. Deer, turkeys, & geese are a bonus to watch in mornings & evenings.
