Apartment in a villa surrounded by greenery with sea view. Located 300 meters from the beach, easily accessible on foot. Just 5 minutes away from the center of Riposto, where you can bike or walk along the marina and promenade, where you'll find numerous pubs, restaurants, and pizzerias. A strategic point to reach the most famous destinations on the eastern coast of Sicily, such as Taormina, Catania, and Mount Etna, whose panorama is admirable from our garden.
The apartment is about 50 square meters and is part of a villa, has an independent entrance and free private parking. From the kitchen you can access outdoor spaces dedicated exclusively to you, furnished with deckchairs, sofas and a table that can be used for lunch or dinner outdoors.
You will also have at your disposal areas shared with the owner.
On request, a small barbecue can be provided, ideal for your barbecues.
The area is full of many services such as bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies and an excellent fish shop that always offers fresh fish.
In the evening you can also experience the nightlife of Catania or Taormina and the surrounding areas.
