At the heart of the 3 Valleys, Village of Levassaix 1 km from Les Menuires, Triplex chalet of 120 m2, fully equipped and arranged to bring you all the comfort while keeping the authenticity of a Savoyard chalet.
On 3 levels, the chalet consists of:
Ground floor: large entrance with electric shoe dryer, relaxation area with sauna and shower (supplement of € 45 per week)
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140 / 190- 2 pillows and 1 duvet), TV, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet
On the 1st floor: a 40m² living room, fully equipped kitchen: 5 cooking rings, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue maker.
Dining area with large table, chairs and benches.
Lounge area with sofa, armchair, poufs, wood stove, TNT TV, Satellite, DVD player.
1 terrace to the east and 1 balcony to the west.
2nd floor:
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds on the mezzanine (90 / 190- 2 pillows and 2 duvets) shower / sink area.
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds on the mezzanine (90 / 190- 2 pillows and 2 duvets) shower / sink area.
Bedroom 4: 2 single beds on the mezzanine (90 / 190- 2 pillows and 2 duvets) shower / sink area, 2 pull-out beds (80 / 190- 2 pillows and 2 duvets), TV.
Floor heating. Wifi included, 2 reserved parking spaces under the chalet, ski locker.
Rental of sheets, towels, cot, high chair ... Bread and pastries can be delivered every morning.
Security deposit of € 500 to be paid on arrival / returned at the end of the stay.

Located in the area of the 3 Valleys, in winter: more than 600 km of slopes: from beginners to confirmed skiers, all the pleasures of skiing within reach of spatulas !!! With access to the slopes 200 meters away
to reach Les Menuires center by blue track then Bettex chairlift (4 disengageable places) or 250m free shuttles to reach Les Menuires resort center (every 20 minutes), shops throughout the resort.
Large sports activities in summer and winter: a sports center (gym, swimming pool, spa, massages, fun park for children), a fun aqua center (bubble pool, jets, counter currents, spa, massages), snowshoe outings , dog sled ride, biathlon initiation, Saint Martin museum, farm visit, hiking, horse riding

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable entre amis et avec les enfants. Le chalet est très bien équipé et notre hôte était super accueillant et fort sympathique ! Nous reviendrons, c’est sûr !
