The typical, nice, stone house (recently completely restored) has ground floor and first floor. It is near Bevagna town centre (less than 5 minutes by car), on the splendid Umbrian hills, with a marvelous view of countryside, Subasio Mountain, Bevagna, Assisi and Spello.

The ground floor has living room, kitchen, two bedrooms with double bed (one is French type), two big bathrooms (shower, bidet, hairdryer), patio equipped with gazebo, barbecue and outdoor furniture, deckchair and gazebo with a marvelous view. It has cooking stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, books of different languages, working fireplace, fans and independent heating.
The first floor has 2 well-lit bedrooms with double bed, served by a big well-lit bathroom (shower, bidet, hairdryer), a kitchen furnished with dish washer, cooking stove, oven, refrigerator, fridge freezer, coffee maker, + a dining room with books of different languages, independent heating, fans and working fireplace. There also are a panoramic balcony and a terrace equipped with barbecue and outdoor furniture, deckchair and beach umbrella.

The house has an ironing room (vat, iron, ironing board and washing machine) and a spacious open space and private parking and it is connected to the principal road from a short private road.

The house is ideal to spend a period in complete relax in the marvelous Umbrian countryside, or to relax in the Bevagna life or as strategic base for visiting the Umbrian and Tuscan tourist towns: 15 minutes from Montefalco and Foligno, 25 from Assisi, Trevi and Spello, 40 from Perugia, Spoleto and Todi, 60 from Gubbio and Lake Trasimeno, 80 from Norcia and Cascia, 90 from Orvieto. 90 minutes from Arezzo, 100 minutes from Siena, 140 minutes from Rome and Florence.

Bevagna is a splendid medieval town, rich in beautiful sights and monuments. It’s rich in culture, traditions, events and good restaurants. It is known for the specialties of Umbrian cuisine (in particular truffle-based dishes), genuine extra virgin olive oil, and excellent wines, including Sagrantino DOCG.

The owner will be pleased to give you information about restaurants, typical products, shops, outlets, public swimming pools, cultural sites, events, flea markets and feasts in the Region during your stay.

A few kilometers from the apartment there are public swimming pools surrounded by nature. Weekly-cleaning, linen for bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, taxes and utilities are included.

If asked, a cot for children or an additional bed can be added free of charge.

Parking is private and free.
