The small house is located in Villa Viani, in western Liguria, 15 km from the sea an open valley to the sea and protected only on the other sides by hills. This position offers a picturesque landscape determines a climate among the mildest in western Liguria, and allows the production of extra virgin olive oil and a particularly fine local wine.
The house is comfortable and comes with everything needed for a pleasant stay, internet WI-FI, air conditioning and satellite TV. Superbe propriété mais qui manque d’entretien.

Petit studio idéal pour 2 personnes. Malheureusement, le tout manque de soin et d’entretien. Le logement est propre mais est rafistolé de toute part. Les meubles tombent, la hotte ne fonctionne pas, la climatisation fait un bruit de moissonneuse batteuse. Le gérant est très agréable mais un peu dépassé par le volume de la charge. La piscine et le jardin privatif restent un atout. La route rend l’accès difficile pour des sorties en soirée. Nous avons pris le parti de rester positifs malgré de nombreux désagréments. Heureusement que le soleil a brillé de mille feux.

aardige verhuurder, mooie omgeving, woning is eigenlijk een studio, veel plaats buiten, barbeque, dakterras, mooi uitzicht.Nadeel is de slingerweg en deze was afgesloten zodat het nog lager kronkelen was.Ideel als je van rust houdt en enkele dagen wilt zwemmen en relaxen.Ol stadjes te bekijken en naar een fijn strand te gaan net iets te afgelegen.

Direkt vom Studio aus kann man ganz in Ruhe und weit laufen mit dem Hund. Auch auf dem völlig eingezäunten Gelände ist der Hund willkommen und die Besitzer sind sehr sehr nett! Danke, wir kommen wieder! Sonja und Diego
