Very nice spacious house 10 minutes walk from the center or 3 minutes by subway

With an architecture dating back to the 30's our house is completely refurbished keeping the original design. In addition to all the amenities the house offers a spacious patio to enjoy the sun or just relax.
The house is in a prime location just 10 minutes' walk from the historic center and less than a 1-minute walk from Marquês metro station, where you can also find other public transport with access to the city's main tourist attractions.

Built in the 30´s our house was totally refurbished keeping the original style. Besides all other facilities the house also offers a spacious yard where you can make the most of sunny days, have an outdoor meal or just to enjoy and relax anytime of your day.
The house has an excellent location, just 10 minutes walking distance from the city center, and less than 1 minute walking distance to all the different types of public transports that can take you to the main touristic attractions.

Apartment is as described. Contact with host was good and very accommodating. Metro link is 5 mins away. Safe city suburbs, local shops and cafe's only. Need to walk or subway it into town if you want nightlife, restaurants etc. Apartment is ground floor and only outside light and space is the v small courtyard. No views!

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. L’appartement est bien équipé et le nécessaire est fourni par les propriétaires, ce qui est très appréciable. L’appartement se situe à 3 minutes d’une station de métro et à 20 minutes à pieds, du centre ville. Comme vous pouvez le voir sur les photos, c’est un appartement en souplex. Il n’y a qu’une fenêtre, dans la chambre principale. Mais la pièce principale est équipée d’une climatisation qui permet de ventiler. Joana est tres disponible et agréable. Merci bcp

No windows and not exactly a balcony

Porto was having a heat wave and no AC and no windows was a grave problem. The hostess was VERY nice and helpful. The family lived right upstairs. We had a lot of trouble with the keys and locks but she was very helpful. We we're very glad to have a washing machine and dryer. However the photos made the place look better than it was. The bathrooms were great and thankfully we could take showers to cool off. The "balcony" however was a deep walled hole in the ground and the only place to get fresh air but that was only connected to one of the bedrooms. The coffee maker and toaster did not work well.

The property is clean and well maintained, on a quiet street about 20 minutes walk from the centre but easily accessible by metro. We arrived on a Sunday and there were no restaurants close by open but we walked towards the centre. Near Joana's apartment is a very good restaurant called Sabores. Joana is very helpful host. Recommend the property

Prettig appartement vlak bij de metro richting het centrum.

Goed verzorgd en recent gerenoveerd appartement op de begane grond. Gedeelde ingang met eigenaar die boven woont. Een inpandige slaapkamer en een slaapkamer met schuifdeuren richting een klein terrasje. De inpandige slaapkamer werd vrij warm omdat er niet geventileerd kon worden. Twee badkamers met douche en toilet. Vriendelijke, behulpzame eigenaren. Door ligging van het appartement, is het centrum makkelijk bereikbaar. Om de hoek een winkel die heerlijke broodjes, taartjes en koffie verkoopt. Fijn verblijf gehad.
