Flat 400mt from the beach

It is a comfortable flat in Porto Azurro. It is only 400 metres from the sea. The flat was finished and furnished early in 2015.
The owners, so happy of having bought a flat in Elba Island, furnished it very carefully and tried to make it as comfortable as possible. This two-room flat is part of a private residence (with 10 flats). It has an independent entrance and a car park area (Nr. 4). Once you go though the gate you will see a fenced garden with bay trees along the perimeter and a porch with table and chairs. You have access to the living room from the garden. This room is equipped with a stove with an electric oven and induction plates; there is also a fridge with a large separated freezer, a dish washer, a table with chairs, a led TV set (with DTT and a SAT dish). There is also a comfortable double sofa bed.
From the living room you have access to the bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The flat has only one double bedroom with an extra single bed.
The flat can be easily rented even in winter as it is equipped with heat pumps and with excellent window frames. Besides, it is well insulated thanks to the very new materials which were employed
in compliance with current laws in the construction field.
The main characteristics of this flat are: the impeccable furniture, air conditioning (which can be used only by paying the KWH used during the guests' stay), the short distance from the sea (only 400 meters), the presence of two pizza joints and two restaurants (in an area of about 400 metres around the flat), its being very close to the small town, the possibility, for the very romantics, to reach Porto Azzurro by driving along the panoramic road which goes from the Barbarossa bay to the harbour.
