Villa Las Terrazas 11

Modern and stylish villa with two bedrooms, great pool area and terrace with panoramic views. The golf resort is located in a prime location in the south of the islands, just a few minutes drive from the golden sandy beaches of Maspalomas. The resort also has a Sheraton hotel, a supermarket, a restaurant and a golf school.



The house



Upstairs is 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with bath. On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 living room with dining area and kitchen.



The house is well equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, iron, ironing board, cot, high chair, safe, air conditioning (hot / cold), unlimited internet access (WiFi), satellite TV and DVD player.



The outdoor area



The outdoor area has a large deck overlooking the golf course - perfect for relaxing! Outside there is a covered terrace, balcony, dining area, sun loungers, parasol, outdoor shower, barbecue (fee), garden, garage, parking, private pool and electric pool heating (extra cost).

Non-golfers will also love the beautiful green grounds, the jogging track around the golf course and the tranquil atmosphere just a few minutes drive from the sandy beaches of Maspalomas. The resort also has a Sheraton hotel, restaurants and a supermarket.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in einem Golf Resort

Das Haus ist Teil einer kleinen Ferienhaussiedlung neben dem Salobre Golf Resort Hotel. Es gibt alles, was einen Urlaub schön und angenehm macht. Wer seine Ruhe sucht, aber nicht zu weit weg vom schönen Strand in Maspalomas sein will, ist hier richtig. Ein Mietwagen ist allerdings ein Muss, da das Resort etwas abgelegen (und eben erfreulich wenig massentourististisch) liegt. Herrlich ist der weite Blick- wir würden das Haus nochmals buchen.
