About this property

Stone house with pool 200 meters from a small village. Cul de sac.

House adjoining another house occupied by the owners or other holidaymakers. This property is located in a very quiet place, path at the end of a cul de sac, in the middle of nature but close to Gourdon (9 km), and many tourist sites: Bastide de Domme (15 km), Sarlat (25 km), La Roque-Gageac, Beynac, Rocamadour, Grotte du Pech-Merle, ....
You will be seduced by the tourist riches and will be happy to recharge your batteries in this very relaxing place. Property in a cul de sac.

Garden level: living room, dining room, equipped kitchen, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, television, DVD player, music player, Wifi.

1st floor: bedroom 1: double bed (1m60) with its bathroom (bath, shower and toilet), balcony with covered terrace.

Ground floor: bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90 cm) with its shower room + WC (possibility of transforming into 1 double bed, we provide the 1m80 mattress cover).
bedroom 3: 2 single beds (90 cm).
1 shower room + WC.
You will appreciate the coolness of the rooms on the ground floor in hot weather.

Summer dining room in teak, swimming pool (7 m by 14 m). The swimming pool is shared by the 2 dwellings. The swimming pool will be open from 06/06/26. It is heated on request in June and September (for an additional charge of 60 euros per week). The final water temperature depends on the weather conditions. Buoys not provided.

The living room and the bedroom above are heated by a pellet stove (consumption +- 3 bags/week). Cost price. +- €6/bag.
The 2 bedrooms on the ground floor are heated by electric storage heaters. €20/week.

Parasols and deckchairs. Ping-pong table, swings, badminton and pétanque playground. Ping-pong and badminton rackets, a croquet set and pétanque balls are available. 78-acre plot of land.

It is forbidden to exceed the capacity of the accommodation (no additional beds).
You will be welcomed by the owners or by a local person.
A deposit of €300 will be required on arrival.

Mandatory cleaning: €80. (to be paid on arrival).
Sheet rental: €15 double bed / €10 single bed.

Possibility to rent the adjoining house via reference

In Gourdon (7 km) you will find several supermarkets, a hospital, pharmacies, shops, a market, restaurants, a cinema, etc.

Lovely house with gigantic garden

Lovely holiday home in a great little authentic village. The house breathes the atmosphere of the Dordogne. The house is inside fully equipped, but the biggest advantage of the house is the great garden. This is really incredible. A lovely terrace, huge lawn, badminton and table tennis courts, swings and a swimming pool. When we were there, the pool was still closed. With the pool it is even more wonderful. Highly recommended.

Zeer gastvrije ontvangst. Door de tips van de eigenaars hebben we fijne ontdekkingen gedaan in de prachtige omgeving. Het huis is zeer mooi en rustig gelegen met alle nodige voorzieningen. In de tuin kan je je naar hartelust amuseren, er zijn vele buitenspelen en een heerlijk zwembad. We raden dit vakantieverblijf ten zeerste aan!

Un gîte d'exception !

Ce gîte est extraordinaire ! Une belle maison dans un jardin splendide : de l'espace, des fleurs des arbres, une piscine gigantesque, plusieurs salons où se détendre, des jeux (boules, pétanques, ping-pong, etc). Même deux chevreuils nous ont rendu visite.L'équipement intérieur est parfaitement complet, rien ne manque si vous voulez cuisiner... Et que dire de l'accueil amical, prévenant mais discret de Xavier.Vraiment un gîte que nous recommandons sans réserve

Heerlijk huis met mooie tuin en groot zwembad

Prima vakantie gehad, ook voor de kids (4 en 6 jaar) erg leuk! Je hebt een afgesloten gedeelte van een vrijstaand huis tot je beschikking bestaande uit 3 woonlagen (de benedenverdieping is lekker koel). Het huisje is zeer volledig en voor Franse begrippen behoorlijk modern. Het andere gedeelte van het huis wordt bewoond door de eigenaren of andere vakantiegangers. Je deelt het grote (!) zwembad met hun. De eigenaren onderhouden het perceel erg goed, zijn betrokken en geven graag tips over de prachtige omgeving.

Séjour parfait

Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite dans la maison. L'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires très sympa. Chaque jour, ils ont montré des nouveau jeux/jouets pour nos enfants. La maison est vraiment fantastique, particulièrement pour notre famille avec deux enfants et un couple d'amis. Les espaces communs sont agréables tout en offrant de la privacy et du luxe; chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain. En outre, la maison est magnifiquement et centralement située pour des sorties, avec un grand jardin où des chevreuils viennent en visite. À 5 minutes, il y a une boulangerie au feu de bois; du pain frais chaque matin :)

Charmantes Steinhaus mit schönem Garten

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht, das Haus ist geräumig und schön eingerichtet, der Garten sehr gepflegt und der riesige Pool sowie die verschiedenen Spielmöglichkeiten im Garten (Boules, Badminton, Tischtennis) bieten für jeden was. Von dort aus kann man sehr schnell die Dordogne erreichen und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben uns gute Ausflüge-Tipps gegeben. Alles perfekt! Vielen Dank!

Nature repos et confort

Un propriétaire hors normes : attentifs, généreux et plein d'idées. J'ai eu le plaisir de faire avec lui une séance de tir à l'arc et si nous avions été avec des enfants ils auraient pu découvrir un véritable paradis fait à leur mesure. Merci encore pour les crêpes lors de notre arrivée.

A louer sans hésiter

Un séjour incroyable avec des hotes en or, comme on en voit que trop rarement en France, Une maison très bien équipée et propre, idem sur l'extérieur (jeux piscine, jeux enfants, pétanque...), Et tout l'équipement BB y est aussi (lit parapluie, baignoire, Transat...) rien ne manque, nous n'avons pas eu assez de la semaine pour tout faire! Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement avec eau et jus d'orange au frais (appréciable en pleine canicule), et nous sommes repartis avec de la confiture maison, Merci pour ce séjour et bravo pour votre maison, nous reviendrons sans hésiter avec grand plaisir

Belle maison, accueil chaleureux, situation calme, propice au repos.

Le lieu est très tranquille mai bien situé pour découvrir la région ou faire quelques courses à Gourdon. La maison est spacieuse, avec toutes les commodités nécessaires, voire plus. Grande piscine et grand terrain pour y pratiquer badminton, ping pong ou pétanque. Propriétaire très accueillant et bienveillant.
