It is the upper floor of a rural house, in a quiet village between Ribadesella and Arriondas. It is completely renovated and decorated taking care of every detail, with most of the attic pieces.
It consists of a spacious room with two beds and a single sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower and large living room with double sofa bed.
On the ground floor of the house there is another apartment for rent, with which the capacity could extend up to 13 people.
Both apartments have separate entrances and land, so they can be rented jointly or separately
