It is located in San Vito Lo Capo, one of the most famous seaside resorts of Sicily.
Located right on the white sandy beach, among the most beautiful on the island.
The villa has a private access to the sea.
The center of the village can be reached on foot in about ten minutes.
The villa, surrounded by a large garden, with a parking area for several cars, is on three floors (2 night, 1 day).
On the mezzanine floor are the kitchen, a very large living room and a covered terrace with magnificent views of the sea and the lighthouse of San Vito.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom;
On the ground floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The night floors are equipped with air conditioning.
The Villa is furnished and equipped.
The outdoor area is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas and armchairs.
BBQ area.
Ideal for those who love the beach, for those who do not want to use the car, for those with young children.
