Pen-Y-Bryn is the top part of a converted family home recently updated for holiday use, with easy access by road, 2 parking spaces, with stunning views of the town itself, Looe River and Looe Island.
It has two double bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen/Diner and a lounge, both with views out to sea and the town. Modern quality furniture and soft furnishings within comfortable surroundings.
There is also a balcony where you can sit, relax and enjoy the views of the Cornish Countryside, sea, river and watch the fantastic sunset.


The self-contained apartment is set in the heart of East Looe - ideally situated overlooking both the English Channel with the famous Looe Island in full view, and Looe River. The property is a short, 10-minute walk, from the sandy beach, historic harbour, cafes and restaurants.
This coastal location in South-East Cornwall is in an area of outstanding natural beauty and is a perfect retreat for anyone looking to escape from everyday working life.
The property sleeps up to 4 adults, a cot is also available for young children, and is ideal for family holidays, couples and small groups.
A short distance from superb local attractions such as Eden Project, all of Cornwall's famous Gardens, such as Lost Garden of Heligan, and beautiful stately homes.
Looe Golf club, country/coastal walks along with various smaller beaches are all within a short distance.

Lovely Holiday Home ❤️

We (my family of 4) had such a nice stay in Pat and Brian’s wonderful holiday home. The house, and view, were even better than the photos online. The house, especially the kitchen, has everything you need to run a home for a family. Pat and Brian met us upon arrival to show us around the house and answer any questions we had. They were both so kind and helpful, so much so that one of the days we were there I had my washing drying on the line and it started to rain, I was down in town of course when it happened, but came home and they had not only taken all my washing in from the rain - but also dried and folded it for me!! Such lovely people!! The house is situated close to down with a direct path located right next to it, very convenient. I will definitely be staying there again on my next visit to Looe.

Fab bungalow with incredible views

Wonderful bungalow spotlessly clean with everything you need, a real home from home. Brian and Pat are great hosts on hand if needed but not at all intrusive. A nice touch with milk in the fridge and tea,coffee, sugar to welcome you.The outstanding views are to die for, with the sea,surrounding countryside, harbour and river all visible from the bungalow. Be prepared for a steep walk down and back into Looe but you do get used to it. Please don't let this put you off staying here it's worth it. You can drive into town where there is parking if you don't want to walk. We had a wonderful stay and would thoroughly recommend staying here it's a great base to explore Cornwall.

Lovely property which was easy to find and in a great location. Rooms were all spotlessly clean and it has everything you need. Views are amazing. We spent a few days visiting Looe and the surrounding area and will definitely be back again in the future.

The apartment was nicely furnished, with well-equipped kitchen/diner, two comfortable bedrooms and a good sized living room. Good views over Looe and to the sea beyond.The owner was friendly and very accommodating.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay. The property itself is absolutely immaculate and Brian and Pat are very friendly and on hand to help, if necessary. Absolutely stunning views from the property which is situated at the top of a very steep hill and it is an easy walk to Looe (shops and beach). However, it is a steep walk back up the hill, which wasn't a problem for us, but something to bear in mind if you have mobility issues. Overall a fabulous property, in a great location and the owners are really friendly people. Definitely recommend.

Spacious apartment with fantastic view

What can I say? This was the perfect apartment for us as nuclear family (2 parents + 2 teenagers. Lots of space with everything that is needed for shorter or longer stay and extremely hospitable and helpful hosts who made us feel at home (thanks Pat and Brian). Recommended!

Herrliche Zeit in Looe

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern (7 und 9 Jahre) zu Gast in dieser sehr schönen Ferienwohnung. Alle haben in den Betten sehr gut geschlafen und sich in der gesamten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Obwohl wir die Terrasse nur selten auf Grund der Temperaturen nutzen konnten waren wir von dem Ausblick begeistert. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Perfect location for a holiday home

Our stay at Pen Y Bryn was fantastic. Perfect location with a short walk to Looe town with all the pubs, shops and beach. We hope to stay again one day.

Beautiful clean spacious apartment with absolutely everything provided. The views from every window worth the short hike up the very steep hill. Super hosts. Already thinking about returning next year!
