Why they chose this property
Lake Roosevelt Suites sits majestically alongside the spectacular and dramatic Columbia River on four lakefront acres. This spacious historical former concrete factory offers exquisitely pampering lake view guest rooms. Guests enjoy access to the community hot tub and full kitchen in the downstairs part of the house. You can always wander out onto the huge back deck and enjoy breathtaking views of the lake, the forest and wildlife, and the beautifully manicured property including a fish and turtle encumbered pond. Since Lake Roosevelt Suites is nestled alongside Lake Roosevelt National Park, you can enjoy 150 miles of public beach and lake shore access. The suites will lead you to fairy-tale adventures whether you choose to make your way into the nearby surrounding mountains or lakes.
What makes this property unique
The Lake Roosevelt Suites are located within a historical former cement factory that has since been modified into a unique home space.
As a guest you will be offered access to our common areas such as the kitchen, lounge, outdoor patios, and hot tub. Of course you're also encouraged to go for a stroll in the yard, which spreads over four acres of land. If you're feeling adventurous you can walk out to the lake just another 50 yards away, or go for a mountain hike and catch a stunning sunset.
It is not uncommon to see as many as four river otters swimming in the pond. With the yard lights on all night there is a good chance of seeing deer, coyotes and bear in the area. And speaking of wild animals we cannot forget about Bella, the house dog.
