140m2 apartment comfortable and luxurious. The apartment accommodates up to 6 guests. The Old Harbor is at 15’ walking distance. The distance to the seaside it is just a 5’ minutes’ walk. The apartment is full of amenities to make your stay in Chania comfortable and enjoyable. It is fully air-conditioned, has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, equipped kitchen, living room, spacious dining room, veranda. Nearby there are Super Market, Bakery, Fruit shops, Pharmacy, Café and Restaurants.
It is in the best area to stay in Chania, outside of the Historic center but still within the heart of the city!
You can opt to stay out of the Historic center for various reasons.
The main advantage would definitely be that costs less per night to sleep. Another very good reason to stay on a highly residential area is that you can experience the daily life of local people. Moreover If you have a car it will be more accessible so you can use our residence as your base to visit other areas or enjoy day trips or cruises and don't forget you are still only about 15 min walking distance from the heart of the historical center!
