Absolutely phenomenal experience. The use of the KOA amenities adds an extra level to this property which is already a dream with its fenced yard, hot tub and fire pit. Part of our group was in a camper at the KOA, and a couple others used a tent site. Everything was in easy walking distance. Communication was quick and consistent.

This property had plenty of space for our three families (5 adults, 5 children) to spread out and get re-acquainted . The kitchen was well supplied with plenty of good clean everything you need. It also was convenient to be associated with KOA and have access to their pool and other facilities. We used the hot tub (towels for hot tub too), fire pit, grill and plenty of patio furniture too. We want to say thanks to our host as well… always available and helpful!!

Loved it here. Close to everything and love having the camp ground amenities. We hope to come back! The only downfall is zero lighting in the backyard at night. Thankfully we brought our own so we were ok. Otherwise great place and wonderful backyard.

Christmas at the McCoy house

The property is larger than the photo’s capture. making it a great place to gather. My only suggestions would be to fix the outdoor light it is very dark at night and one of us fell coming in. Luckily they fell in to the bushes no damage done. The bedrooms are quite spacious which was also a pleasant surprise.

Harpers Ferry 2022

Every year we go to Harpers Ferry this was our second time renting this house we absolutely love the layout there was plenty of room for everyone we got to eat dinner as a family , the deer in the front yard all weekend was amazing, every bed in the house was comfortable

Great location next to battlefield, and the layout worked well for our group of 10 friends. Not as easy to get to the Potomac bike trail as we hoped, but was doable.

A good place for a large group

The house is very large and well suited for a multi-family trip. The location is fantastic, easy access to biking, hiking, and river activities. The KOA facilities were very popular with the kids - the pool and the mini-putt course were big hits. The internet connect was a bit spotty which caused a few challenges for folks trying to work or watch streaming services. It was a fine house in a really good location.
