Perfect house for our group of 8 (2 families with kids and teens) We had plenty of room and the hot tub and back patio area were nice to relax after checking out Harper’s Ferry. The visitors center is very close and having the amenities to use at the KOA right there were awesome. We would stay here again!! Everyone at the KOA were helpful and very friendly.
Great get away for families! Clean, pet friendly, and plenty of parking. Bonus backyard that has a fire pit and hot tub! Host was easily accessible for any questions that we had.
Good location and home allowing 3 families to stay and enjoy the space. Really liked the location for trick or treating at KOA. Hot tubs a bonus and the fire pit was great for cool night's.
Absolutely phenomenal experience. The use of the KOA amenities adds an extra level to this property which is already a dream with its fenced yard, hot tub and fire pit. Part of our group was in a camper at the KOA, and a couple others used a tent site. Everything was in easy walking distance. Communication was quick and consistent.
We had 9 family members meet for the weekend and the house accommodated us well. The bedrooms were spacious, living room was comfortable and the kitchen allowed meal prep and socializing. The 2 bathrooms listed was a bit of a concern, but the upstairs bath is a Jack n Jill which was convenient. The outdoor space had plenty of seating with a grill, hot tub and corn hole. What else could you need. Close proximity to the national park and use of the KOA amenities were definite pluses.
This property had plenty of space for our three families (5 adults, 5 children) to spread out and get re-acquainted . The kitchen was well supplied with plenty of good clean everything you need. It also was convenient to be associated with KOA and have access to their pool and other facilities. We used the hot tub (towels for hot tub too), fire pit, grill and plenty of patio furniture too. We want to say thanks to our host as well… always available and helpful!!
Great fenced in yard, for pets and gatherings. Very clean!!!! Great dead end location. Next to Harper's Ferry Battle Ground museum and backs up to KOA campground which has a great general store! Can't wait to come back!!
Great location, spacious house, lots of room to relax, and close to everything you want to do. My only complaint is the house smelled like cigarette smoke when we arrived. Had the windows open to help air out the space.
Loved it here. Close to everything and love having the camp ground amenities. We hope to come back! The only downfall is zero lighting in the backyard at night. Thankfully we brought our own so we were ok. Otherwise great place and wonderful backyard.
The property is larger than the photo’s capture. making it a great place to gather. My only suggestions would be to fix the outdoor light it is very dark at night and one of us fell coming in. Luckily they fell in to the bushes no damage done. The bedrooms are quite spacious which was also a pleasant surprise.
Had a fantastic visit. Place was everything it claimed to be. Whole family had a fantastic time. Partnership with Koa campground added to the experience. We would most definitely book again and highly recommend.
Every year we go to Harpers Ferry this was our second time renting this house we absolutely love the layout there was plenty of room for everyone we got to eat dinner as a family , the deer in the front yard all weekend was amazing, every bed in the house was comfortable
Great location next to battlefield, and the layout worked well for our group of 10 friends. Not as easy to get to the Potomac bike trail as we hoped, but was doable.
