Country house, quiet, for a relaxing holiday or business trip located in CAHUZAC, 3 km from Castillonnès (doctor, pharmacy, inter market, shops, cinema ...). The house is not dividing, the buildings around are farm buildings used very rarely and the pool is private for the cottage.
You can discover many sites: Black Périgord, Bergerac, Eymet, Issigeac, Villeréal, Belvès, Monpazier ...
Ideal to practice certain activities: path of pedestrian excursions or VTT, peaches, bathe, lake of Lougratte, municipal swimming pool, to taste products of the soil.

Great

Loved staying here, lovely gite and fabulous pool. The dogs loved running around here, no traffic and very peaceful. Would definitely recommend this for your holidays, we hope to return.

Superbe logement

nous avons passé un excellent week-end. Les propriétaires sont formidables. Le logement est très agréable, au calme. Toute la partie nuit du logement est toute neuve. La terrasse est très agréable et ombragée. Il y a un très important équipement en accessoires de cuisine/vaisselles...

Belle location avec un beau jardin clôturé, location spacieuse et très propre. Services offerts sont complets. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et disponibles. Location à recommander et nombreuses choses à visiter (localisation intéressante : dans le Lot et à 2 pas de la Dordogne :)

Superbe maison, très bien aménagée avec tout ce don on a besoin! La piscine est top, et les commerces sont proches. Terrain clôturé pour nos animaux de compagnie. Donc à refaire!
