Beautiful Provencal house, stone and coated, with small garden of 5 beautiful olive trees and pool below with its jacuzzi (use only for tenants). SUPER VIEWS ON CLOCHER VILLAGE AND SUMMIT MT VENTOUX.
Located in residential area, 5 minutes walk from the village center and 3 minutes walk from the mountain, Mont Ventoux piedmont, this beautiful detached house will please you. It is located 300 meters from the center of the village and 300 meters from the starting line 0 for the timing of the climb of the Ventoux by bicycle .....
It is new (built in 2015) and nicely decorated. Beautiful benefits and all comfort, it has a very bright and very pleasant interior. All rooms are of course air conditioned. On the ground floor, large living room in which sits a bicentennial olive tree with large volume and night sky apparent, beautiful views of the old village, large screen TV, contemporary kitchen, air conditioning. Clarity, space, volume, postcard views and freedom. 2 beautiful bedrooms, 2 bathrooms very nice, independent toilet etc ... Really very nice ....

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung, vom Architekten individuell und charakterstark geplant; gelungene Kombination von "alt" und "neu"; Lage vom Blick her toll, der Ort nahe zu Fuß. Pool und Garten mit Liegen bei Hitze segensreich, diverse Klimageräte in allen Räumen ebenfalls; überdachter Essplatz im Freien mit Terrasse groß und sehr angenehm. "Très francais" fehlen Silikonfugen an der Dusche und Abschlüsse zwischen Arbeitsplatte und Unterschränken in der Küche; Küchenausstattung betr. Töpfe und Besteck verbesserungsfähig (für 6 Personen bei voller Belegung des ganzen Hauses nicht ausreichend). Die Betten mit 140*200cm ebenfalls "francais", für meine Frau und mich zu schmal und im Schlaf zu bewegungsempfindlich.

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour dans cette belle maison d architecte. Mr Hugon est au petit soin pour ses locataires et il est rempli de petites attentions. La maison possède la climatisation dans toute les pièces ce qui n est pas négligeable. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont un vrai plus.

Belle villa au centre de Bédoin

Belle maison très bien située à 5min du centre de Bédoin. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour grâce aux nombreuses climatisations présentes à l’intérieur (point à ne pas négliger car il a fait chaud) et au cadre idéal qu’offre la villa. Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus. Il manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine : bouilloire, peu de plats pour le four, manque de vaisselle. Si vous aimez avoir de l’espace quand vous dormez les lits font 140x200cm... Dans l’ensemble la villa est très sympa et nous avons beaucoup aimé, mais on voit qu’il reste encore des travaux à faire, la piscine est une hors-sol dans un trou creusé, c’est dommage...
