This stunning 5-bedroom villa is situated 5 mins drive from the beautiful Cala Bassa beach, on the sunset coast of Ibiza. Blending rustic Balinese style with contemporary, modernist chic, the villa is fully equipped for entertaining family & friends

The house is ideal for 10-12 adults over 5 double bedrooms, each with a king or superking size bed, 4 ensuite bathrooms, 1 shared bathroom and 2 large single daybeds (in 2 of the 5 bedrooms) plus a bunk bed. We also have a fold up bed on request.

The layout is ideal for couples, wedding visitors and families. All rooms have air conditioning units, which double as heaters in the winter.

The heart of the villa is the outside dining area, bar and kitchen. Perfect for long, lazy lunches, barbecues, making pizzas in the wood fired oven or simply dining alfresco under the stars. Alongside the dining area, the 10x5 metre pool is surrounded by sunloungers and a stylish covered pool house to escape the sun.

Inside the house, the wood burning fireplace warms the lounge and dining area in winter, with large sofas and floor to ceiling windows that open onto the outside dining area and pool terrace. The minimalist kitchen is well equipped with premium appliances, a breakfast bar and an American style fridge / freezer. For colder nights, there is an internal dining area that seats 10-12 people.

The villa is in a residential area but is very quiet and private, surrounded by a ten foot high wall on all sides. Once in the villa you feel like you are in a calm oasis, with a luscious garden full of colourful plants. It's well placed to watch Ibiza’s famous sunsets with views out across the countryside from the balconies and rooftop. Beyond the house, some of the best beaches in Ibiza are within easy reach and Ibiza Airport is just a 20 min drive away. The local beach of Port des Torrent, along with a selection of bars, restaurants and supermarkets are all only a 5-10 minute walk away.
