The terrace offers a magnificent view of the stretch of coast between the marina of Bosa and the tower of Columbargia. Perfect for those who want to always enjoy the view of the sea and a beautiful sunset. The house, renovated inside, is surrounded by a garden, with a barbecue area and an outdoor shower.

The space
Characteristic of the house is the terrace that offers a splendid view of the sea and the sunsets, a show that is renewed every evening. Guests can sunbathe, have breakfast or dinner in absolute tranquility and privacy. It consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, large kitchen, dining area and lounge with TV. It is suitable for all those who love the sea, excursions to the many beaches and coves nearby, but also the art and the pleasure of visiting villages and tourist resorts nearby, such as Bosa and Alghero or the area of Sinis and Oristano to a ' hour away by car.

Guests can also access part of the garden, the outdoor shower and the private staircase that leads to the beach in a few minutes. The house is also equipped with internal parking that is shared with the owners.

Great place to relax and enjoy!

Our familiy (2 adults, 2 kids) spend a great time in the nice apartment which is fully equiped.With open windows you can "hear the sea". We especially loved the terace with a perfect view on the sea, one day we even saw three whales passing by. Gabriella and Stefano are very caring hosts and made it easy for us to feel comfortable. Porto Alabe is a nice small village with a small supermarket and a few restaurants. It is a good starting point to visit nice places in the west of Sardinia!

Wir waren im Juli mit 2 Familien in dieser wunderbaren Unterkunft. Alles war hervorragend vorbereitet, sehr sauber, wohnlich und in bestem Klima. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen freundliche Menschen, die alles getan haben, dass der Aufenthalt für uns so angenehm wie möglich war. Die Tipps für die Umgebung waren super und die hergestellten Kontakte bspw. zum ansässigen Olivenöl-Produzenten unbezahlbar. Highlights waren eindeutig die Herzlichkeit der Familie und die sensationelle Terrasse zum Meer. Wir danken von Herzen und kommen wieder!

la maison du bonheur!

santu antuni Gabriella et Stefano nous ont merveilleusement bien accueilli, ce sont des hôtes extraordinaires qui nous ont fait nous sentir incroyablement à l’aise. la maison et la terrasse sont super agréables, et que dire de la plage que l’on surplombe! Le village est vraiment sympathiques aussi, avec des petits restos charmants à quelques mètres… Vraiment l’un des meilleurs endroits où nous sommes restés parmi toutes les expériences passées. Encore merci à Gabriella et Stefano.

Appartement mit perfekter Terrasse

Dieses Appartement hat eine Terrasse die man sich kaum schöner vorstellen kann. Ein freier Blick auf das Meer und direkter Zugang zum Meer über eine Treppe. Zwei vollständige Badezimmer sorgen für wenig Stress bei größeren Gruppen. Große Menschen können sich hier öfter mal den Kopf stoßen. Die Gastgeber waren perfekt!

Badeurlaub mit traumhafter Aussicht

Wir waren fast zwei Wochen bei Gabriella zu Gast und es war wirklich ein wunderbarer Badeurlaub. Die Location ist dafür perfekt. Man ist mit wenigen Schritten und Treppenstufen am langen Sandstrand von Porto Alabe und kann zwischen sandigen Abschnitten zum Wellentoben und felsigen zum Schnorcheln wählen. Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten in Bosa und Bosa Marina und in ca. einer Stunde in Alghero. Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr sauber und entspricht den Bildern der Anzeige. Was für uns etwas anstrengend war, ist die Tatsache, dass es sich um das Dachgeschoss des Hauses handelt und wir mit einer Größe von über 1,85 m mit dem Dachschrägen zu kämpfen hatten und die eine oder andere Kopfnuss mitbekommen haben. Das ist aber auch der einzige Wermutstropfen den wir an der ansonsten traumhaften Unterkunft auszusetzen haben. Gabriella ist eine wunderbarer Gastgeberin, die sich sehr um uns und unser Wohl gekümmert hat, ohne in irgendeiner Weise aufdringlich zu sein...sie war einfach unglaublich herzlich und man merkte, dass sie dieses Haus liebt und gerne mit Gästen teilt. Die Morgen und Abende auf der Terrasse mit unbegrenztem Weitblick über das Meer richtung Westen sind unvergesslich, immer mit leichter Brise im Gesicht und der Brandung im Ohr.... Nur für jeden weiterzuempfehlen. Herzlichen Dank für die erholsamen zwei Wochen bei dir, Gabriella.

House of the sunset

We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door Gabriëlla en Stefano die in het gebouw onder de de verhuurde villa verbleven. We ervaarden dit als een pluspunt want we konden altijd bij hen terecht en de privacy werd stipt gerespecteerd. Je kon gemakkelijk naar het strand en voor je terug naar binnen ging kon je onder buiten douche. Alles was kraaknet en onderhouden. 's Avonds op het terras ongelooflijk genoten van de zonsondergang. Er was ook een winkeltje op 10 minuutjes lopen. in de keuken was alles voorzien behalve een vaatwasmachine (maar dat was voor ons geen probleem). Een echte aanrader!!!

Liebevoll und schön eingerichtete Wohnung direkt über dem Strand der über eine Treppe einfach zu erreichen ist. Gut eingerichtete Küche. Super Terrasse um fantastische Sonnenuntergänge zu erleben. Idyllischer Strandurlaub

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Porto Alabe sehr genossen. In dem kleinen, verschlafenen Dörfchen kann man weit ab jeder Hektik richtig entspannen. Im Minimarkt gibt es verschiedenste sardische Delikatessen zu kaufen, die wir dann auf der wunderbaren Meerblickterrasse genossen haben. Der Strand ist wunderbar anzusehen ,besonders auch die Sonnenuntergänge, und das Meerwasser zum Baden herrlich. Die Vermieterin Gabriella ist sehr aufmerksam und nett und sehr bemüht darum ihren Gästen einen besonderen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall wieder in Porto Alabe Urlaub machen. Una terrazza sul mare: luogo splendido. Impossibile non innamorarsene e non ritornare.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Porto Alabe, nell'appartamento " Una terrazza sul mare" dal 7 al 17 settembre di quest'anno. L’appartamento è spazioso, con tutti i confort, pulitissimo. Molto ben attrezzato. Curato nei minimi particolari. Non manca assolutamente nulla. Arrivando, abbiamo anche trovato regali culinari di benvenuto: fantastico! Quattro camere con vista mare, cucina attrezzatissima, 2 splendidi bagni con doccia, soggiorno con accesso diretto alla terrazza. La stessa lascia senza fiato: direttamente sul mare, con vista tramonto! I ricordi delle colazioni consumate su questa terrazza rimarranno indelebili e, ripensandoci nei lunghi inverni, ci scalderanno il cuore. La Signora Gabriella è una persona squisita, sempre disponibile, attenta a qualunque esigenza dei suoi ospiti. La ringraziamo per i Suoi fondamentali consigli, insieme a quelli del marito Lorenzo! In questo luogo immerso nel verde, oltre alla vegetazione naturale , si trova anche un giardino, che fa parte della proprietà, curatissimo, pieno di fiori colorati ed alberi rigogliosi.Nello stesso si trovano doccia e zona barbecue; ci sono inoltre varie possibilità di sdraiarsi o sedersi comodamente. Pochissimi gradini e si raggiunge uno splendido mare trasparente, che offre l’opportunità di fare nuotate indimenticabili. La quiete permette sonni tranquilli, cullati dal "suono" del mare. Nei dintorni ci sono spiagge magnifiche e paesini, che si trovano all'interno, da scoprire ogni giorno e che hanno aggiunto emozioni indescrivibili alla nostra vacanza, grazie anche alla cordialità della gente del luogo. Potremmo proseguire all'infinito, nel descrivere le meraviglie che contraddistinguono questo posto incantevole ma concludiamo dicendo che è impossibile non innamorarsene. Un pezzetto del nostro cuore è rimasto li, alla “Terrazza sul mare” . Una cosa è certa: ci ritorneremo sicuramente! Grazie alla Sig.ra Gabriella, al marito Lorenzo e a tutta la Sua famiglia per la sentita accoglienza. Proprio bella

Appartamento arredato con molto gusto e ben fornito con tutto ciò che serve. I tramonti sul mare che si possono ammirare dalla terrazza sono splendidi: vale la pena non perderseli! Dalla casa si accede direttamente alla tranquilla spiaggia e al mare, con le sue rocce quasi a pelo d'acqua: consiglio le scarpette e le maschere per lo snorkeling. Gabriella è una padrona di casa impeccabile: sempre disponibile a dare consigli e suggerimenti, accogliente e attenta senza mai essere invadente. Lei e la sua famiglia ci hanno coccolati, facendoci sentire "di casa" in Sardegna. Grazie per tutto!

Amazing terrace with seaview

Our host met us with great hospitality and helpfulness. Including being supplied with a basket of Sardinian specialties on the kitchen table. Before arrival, we received plenty of valuable information on the city of Bosa as well as the neighborhood. Watching sunsets from the terrace, swimming in the sea or reading in the shade of the trees in the yard all participated making a great vacation. Gabriella gave plenty of hints on sightseeing, and the apartment was well equipped in every way.
