Suite Mares de Jandia, your second home in the Atlantic Ocean

Very bright apartment, tropically decorated to recreate the beach atmosphere of this marvellous island. The suite is found in a 5 minute walk to the beach with a very nice view all the way.

It is also located 5 minutes from the port and promenade. The house is found in a very quiet area in the town of Morro Jable. Provided with two floors, it has 4 rooms (two double beds, two king size beds) Wardrobes in all rooms. There is a bathroom upstairs and another one downstairs. It also has a large living room, terrace and solarium with automatic sliding roof. Free WiFi / TV is available and at your service.

The accommodation has appliances to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You also have a coffee maker, juice blender, juice squeezer and electric whiskey. Two mountain bikes are available to use and explore the town. We also provide you with a parasol for the beach, as well as a snorkel kit. Beach games and toys are also available (Beach tennis rackets, buckets, shovels etc.)

We will be attentive to any queries that may arise, as well as provide you with information of touristic and gastronomic interest. We are perfectly knowledgeable of every nice spot in the island as well as its main beaches and touristic attractions.

Very bright apartment with tropical decoration, recreating the beach atmosphere of this wonderful island. The apartment is five minutes walk from the beach and the road to it shows incredible views.

It is also 5 minutes from the port and the avenue. The house is located in a very quiet enclave of the village of Morro Jable. It has two floors, with four bedrooms (two double beds and two double beds). Wardrobes in all bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. You can also find a large living room and a terrace with automatic sliding roof to convert it into a luxury solarium. Wifi and free TV and at your service.

The accommodation has accessories to make your stay as comfortable as possible. From coffee machine, to blender, juicer and blender. We also offer parasols for the beach and even a snorkeling equipment. Games for the beach and toys also available for the youngest. (Beach tennis shovels, buckets, shovels, etc.)

We will be very attentive to any questions that may arise in addition to providing them with sufficient information on gastronomy and tourist interest. We are perfect connoisseurs of each beautiful point of this island as well as its main beaches and tourist attractions.

Perfect tiny house

Perfect location for 8 People. Nice and clean tiny house with everything you need. The kitchen was fully equiped and there are two clean bathrooms. Unfortunatly no balcony but you can sit on the terasse in front of the door if you like, so this was not an issue. The communication with the owner was easy - we can definetly recommend and would come back.

Perfect place, great location, wonderful host

At the time I stayed, the pictures were out of date because the house has been extensively refurbished - in a good, tasteful, hi-tech way. It's a perfect little 4 bedroom house with absolutely everything you could need, spotlessly clean and the host was extremely responsive to all my stupid questions. The neighbourhood is quiet and yet it's only a 5 minute walk down the steps to the beach, bars, shops etc. Top Tip 1: There are no shops/bars etc at the top of the steps where the house is so think carefully before you head down to the beach to make sure you haven't forgotten anything and even more carefully while you are at the bottom re food/water etc before you climb up the steps! I persuaded one of the restaurants to store my beach chairs so I didn't have to carry them up each day! Top Tip 2: Contrary to the old pics there is no outside terrace. There is a big conservatory with sunbeds and big windows that open but it doesn't get any direct sun. There is a little table outside the front door but again it never gets the sun.

Superschöne Wohnung. Sehr zu empfehlen

Wir waren 19 Tage über die Weihnachtsfeiertage in dieser Traumferienwohnung. Mit 5 Personen hatten wir dort genügend Platz und die Wohnung ist modern und ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert. Selbst, als wir einen neuen Wasserhahn in der Küche benötigten, (Der alte war undicht) hat uns der Vermieter sofort unterstützt und einen Handwerker organisiert. Wir waren schon das zweite Mal hier und ich kann es sehr empfehlen.

Kleines Haus in idealer Lage

+ Netter Vermieter, hat schnell auf Anfragen reagiert und prompt alle Anliegen erledigt + Schönes Willkommenspaket , - nette Geste + Haus ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand, Geschäften und Restaurants entfernt + Waschmaschine vorhanden, Sandspielzeug, Sonnenschirm und Schnorchelset zur Verfügung + gratis und schnelles WIFI - Haus zu klein für uns (3 Erwachsene, 1 Jugendlicher und 1 Kind): trotz 4 Schlafzimmern ist Wohn-und Essbereich so klein, dass man sich gegenseitig auf die Füße tritt. -GEMEINSAMES Essen eine Kunst für sich, da am Tisch nur 4 Sitzplätze sind und auch nur 4 Stühle vorhanden -gemütliches Beisammensein oder Fernsehen gemeinsam schauen ebenfalls nicht möglich, da nur eine Couch für 3 Personen vorhanden -KEINE Spülmaschine vorhanden, was ein grosser Minuspunkt ist -Haus sehr hellhörig, quietschende Schrank - und Zimmertüren

Großzügiges, gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, insbesonderes gut für Familien geeignet

Das zweistöckige Haus liegt in einer Seitenstraße am Ortsrand von Morro Jable und ist Teil einer Wohnanlage. Der Strand, der Hafen und auch die Restaurants des Ortes sind innerhalb von wenigen Minuten gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Zwei Schlafzimmer liegen auf der Seite zum geschlossenen Hinterhof der Wohnanlage. Die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer zur Vorderseite und diese sind jeweils mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Auf jeder Etage befindet sich ein Bad mit Toilette. Die Küche ist voll eingerichtet incl. Tiefkühler, Kaffeemaschine und Microwelle - bis auf einen Backofen z.B. Pizza für die Kids ;-). Die Küche ist durch einen Tresen vom Wohnzimmer getrennt. An das Wohnzimmer schließt sich direkt der Wintergarten mit elektrischem Schiebedach an. Im HWR, welcher von der Küche abgeht, steht eine Waschmaschine sowie Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Positiv fanden wir, dass Verbrauchsmaterialien wie z.B. Kaffee, Tee, Körperpflegeartikel und auch Waschmittel von den früheren Aufenthalten vorhanden war, wir nur wenig ergänzen mussten, was nun wiederum nachfolgenden Gästen zur Verfügung steht. Die Vermieter sind unkompliziert, reagieren schnell und sind sehr bemüht auf die Anliegen ihrer Gäste einzugehen.
