On the heights of Bollène, very quiet area 2 steps from the tourist site of the cave houses.

I am located 15 minutes from Vaison la Romaine, between Montélimar and Orange, 30 minutes from Avignon.
A large villa in the heart of 1500 m² of land located at the gates of Provence, between Bollène and Saint Paul Trois Châteaux, at the intersection of 4 departments (Vaucluse, Ardèche, Gard, La Drôme,) and 3 regions (PACA, Rhône Alpes, Languedoc Roussillon.
You will find all modern comfort in a setting inviting you to escape.
Our wish, your well-being, rest, relaxation and tranquility that you hope for as a family with several independent or communicating apartments ... My 10X5 pool is secure and covered as needed, it offers you beautiful spaces with a multitude deckchairs, barbecue, trampoline, table tennis, basketball. children's play area.

Maison parfaite pour se retrouver nombreux en famille ou entre amis

Maison très bien équipée avec piscine, terrains de basket de pétanque, table de ping pong. Cuisine bien équipée. Je recommande.

Week-end pour anniversaire

Je souhaitais regrouper les membres de ma famille pour fêter mon anniversaire et mon départ à la retraite. Ce gîte a répondu à mes attentes: de nombreuses chambres spacieuses avec des salles de bain privées pour certaines, une piscine (même si le temps n'a pas trop permis de l'utiliser), un terrain de pétanque, une table de ping-pong et des salles de taille suffisantes pour manger tous ensemble, des barbecues, ... Merci !

Parfait pour un séjour en famille

Cette maison est très bien adaptée pour un séjour en famille. Chacun a son intimité, les nombreuses salles de bain/toilettes ainsi que la clim sont des équipements très appréciables quand on est beaucoup. Il y a en plus tout le nécessaire pour s'amuser (piscine, tennis de table, pétanque ect). Le propriétaire est très agréable, réactif et disponible si vous avez un petit problème ou des questions. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances en famille.
