Panoramic Apartment of the Dunes of Bela Vista

Apartment whose excellence is proven by the many guests who have enjoyed it.
Located between Mar and Ria, in the Heart of Costa Nova, Typical and Peculiar Beach of Portugal, it is located less than 100 Meters from the Beach, 10 Minutes from Aveiro, Canals City and about 1 Hour from the Historic Cities of Portugal. Porto and Coimbra, whose visit we recommend. It consists of 2 double rooms, equipped with TV and 1 single; Large Lounge with Fireplace; Fully equipped kitchen and 2 WC's, both with bath.
“Bela Vista” is provided from 2 large balconies facing the sea and Laguna da Ria.
It also has an outdoor space, great for Barbacue.

Guest Access
Guests will have full access to the apartment including patio with barbecue and dining space.

Clean and beautiful

Amazing view, nice apartment close to the beach and shops. My only complaint was the mattress , way too hard for me. The property owner was quick to try and resolve the issue, in the end I didnt want to be any trouble so I slept on the sofa. That was just fine.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Top Internet. Der Ausblick von beiden Balkonen ist unschlagbar. Blick auf den Ozean und die Bucht. Und nur ein paar Minuten vom Fischmarkt entfernt. Alles war sauber und in gutem Zustand. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da fühlt man sich gut aufgehoben. Die Wohnung liegt im oberen Stockwerk, man muss Treppen steigen, aber dafür ist der Ausblick über die Stadt toll! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es war der perfekte Urlaub! Vielen Dank!

Magnifique séjour

Appartement impeccable, propre et idéalement situé. a deux pas de la plage et de la jolie promenade de la Costa NOVA Conforme à l'annonce et aux photos. Propriétaire très sympathique, à l'écoute et qui rend service si besoin. Je recommande fortement cette location. Et en plus un superbe temps donc un magnifique séjour.

Bel emplacement

L"appartement permet de profiter pleinement du charme de Costa Nova entre la lagune et l'océan, et à proximité des commerces, du marché, trés lumineux , spacieux et calme, bien équipé et avec de belles vues. La rue est vraiment trés agréable avec de jolies maisons. Merci à Ivo pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

Dès la réservation, le propriétaire nous a écrit pour nous remercier d’avoir choisi l’appartement et en nous donnant des informations supplémentaires. Très à l'écoute et accueillant, nous avons été surpris par l’appartement car si il correspond au descriptif... il est encore mieux en vrai !! L’appartement est idéalement situé et traversant avec vue Ria d’un côté et vue mer de l’autre ! Spectacle dont on ne se lasse pas !! Coucher de soleil depuis les grandes chambres. Balcon et véranda. Tout est mis à disposition avec linge de maison, serviettes de plage et parasol. Le propriétaire donne des conseils touristiques sur les environs et est en contact avec nous durant le séjour. On se sent bien de suite et on apprécie de pouvoir descendre en 1 minute à la plage ou d’aller faire ses courses au marché aux poissons juste en bas. Supermarché à proximité. En résumé , nous avons passé deux semaines de rêve dans ce charmant village de pêcheurs. Et nous avons fait une jolie rencontre avec le propriétaire aux petits soins pour nous. Nous espérons revenir et ne pouvons que conseiller vivement cette location.

O apartamento possui uma localização excelente, resguardado do bulicío da avenida principal da Costa Nova, com uma vista deslumbrante sobre a ria. Está muitissimo bem equipado, mobilado com muito gosto, assoalhadas com áreas muito generosas. É nossa convicção que este apartamento, com as caracteristicas que possui é único e será dos melhores na zona. Tivemos uma estadia magnifica acomodada pela calorosa recepção dos anfitriões desde o primeiro ao último dia. Anfitriões de excepção.
