Excellent family residence for a relaxing holiday or weekend. Next to the magnificent Torreira Beach, facing the pine forest and the dunes, with pedestrian access to an extensive deserted beach.

Ideal location for visiting the main cities of central and northern Portugal: Porto, Aveiro, Coimbra; Viseu. It allows to reconcile cultural tourism, knowing the historical, architectural and gastronomic heritage of these cities, with restful holidays on the beach or nature tourism, walking or cycling, along the river or in the dunes. The proximity of Serra da Freita and Arouca Geopark is another alternative for nature tourism.

The proximity to the city of Aveiro, Ílhavo and Costa Nova makes it easy to visit places such as the Bacalhau and Vista Alegre Museum, São Jacinto Dunes or the famous Costa Nova Houses Architecture.

Very pleasant stay

Really nice place, well equipped and great location. We made lots of day trips and this location let us reach north of Porto, the Douro valley and, of course, Aveiro and vicinity.

Wish more days by beach

House had everything we needed to be comfortable and carefree during our visit. The beach was our own private haven both north and south to town.

Lovely stay for a month.

The villa is gorgeous. Ideal for a family and relaxing. Torreria is small but lovely. I would recommend hiring a car if you want to travel outside of the village. This area of Portugal is not too hot but still very warm! The owners of the villa are great and very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

A family holiday

We came with our sons and their partners. This really was a home from home. We enjoyed family meals on the patio and cooking off in the pool. The position of the house was great for an evening walk to watch the sunset and we all made the most of the bikes to get around. There is plenty of places a short drive away to go and see and we enjoyed an evening bowling and for some go karting in Ovar. This is certainly a place we would love to return to. Thank you

Perfect spot for quiet vacation

this location was perfect for spending time with small children and large family. Location was quiet but very close to downtown Torreia. The house was cozy. Best part was the patio. The hosts were super responsive and helpful! we ate almost all our meals outside. It was awesome. Next time we come, this is where we are staying. A special note for those traveling with toddlers: This house was very good for small children ( mine were 2 & 4). Only thing to watch for is there are a lot of knick-knacks. So we had to spend time moving things out of reach. Otherwise, the many doors and gated pool made it easy to keep Littles where I wanted them (like away from stairs)

Empfehlenswertes geräumiges Ferienhaus in Strandnähe

Wir haben das Haus nach 5/2018 das zweite Mal gemietet und meinem damaligen Kommentar ist nicht viel hinzuzufügen. Es ist immer noch ein sehr angenehmes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Gegend. Strandnähe (breiter Sandstrand, Naturbelassen). Viel Platz, 3 Bäder, 3 Schlafzimmer, große Terrasse und im Sommer nutzbarer Pool. Alles ist sehr sauber und das Haus ist komplett und liebevoll eingerichtet. Fahrräder sind vorhanden. Die Vermieter, Maria und António, sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und geben gerne Tipps. Wir haben das Haus wegen Flugverspätung erst nachts um 01:20 erreicht, und auch das war kein Problem. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in der Nähe, Restaurants und größere Märkte gibt es in Ovar. Jürgen L.

dieses Haus mit dem tollen Pool, der tollen Lage, dem Kamin auf der Terrasse - einfach nur toll! Wo bekommt man schon einen Strand, der nur 10 Min. zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt ist. wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt und waren sofort zuhause, auch weil Maria uns so herzlich begrüßt und betreut hat. Vielen Dank nochmal und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Casa excelente para descansar. Tem todo o necessário para passar uns dias calmos. Piscina bicicletas praia. oferta de pastelarias / cafés próximo da casa é inexistente no bairro. Aquele cafezinho da manhã ou depois de almoço ..ir a pé estar um pouco e voltar a casa.... só de carro! Pena ..mas também não é nenhum drama. Proprietários disponíveis e simpatiquissimos. Gostámos.

Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et accueillants, très bonne communication. Ils ont pris le soin de prévoir le petit déjeuner pour le lendemain ( pain, beurre, confiture, jus d’orange, lait) La maison est grande et très propre, mais l’équipement est un peu vétuste ( machine à laver, lave vaisselle) la hotte ne fonctionnait pas. Un petit problème d’humidité dans la cuisine je pense.... La literie est très confortable, les salles de bains biens équipées. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse.

Lovely Villa

Maria And Antonio greeted us graciously upon arrival. They were very hospitable. The property is not just a rental it is their personal vacation home. Very nicely decorated. Very quiet area, short drive to shops and restaurants.

Eu gostaria de lhe agradecer neste caminho pelo ótimo alojamento. A casa está em muito bom estado, todos os eletrodomésticos estao desponiveis. Uma bela piscina esta disponivel. O terraco é grande e limpo. É apenas poucos minutos a pé da praia. Bicicletas também estao disponiveis. Nao nos faltou nada nestas ferias. A casa fica em local calmo, com estacionamento suficiente. Neste ponto quero novamente agradecer aos senhorios pelo apoio e ajuda ate termos resolvido o problema com o carro alugado. Muitos cumprimentos Ingo + Frauke Buch Ich möchte mich auf diesem Weg für die tolle Unterkunft bedanken. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, alle Haushaltgeräte sind vorhanden. Ein schöner Pool ist vorhanden, die Terrasse ist groß und sauber. Es sind nur einige wenige Gehminuten zum Strand. Der Stand ist sauber und unendlich lang. Fahrräder sind auch vorhanden. Uns hat es in diesem Urlaub an nichts gemangelt. Das Haus steht in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, ausreichend Parkplätze sind vorhanden. An dieser Stelle nochmals meinen ausdrücklichen Dank an das Vermieterehepaar für die super nette Unterstützung bei unserem Problem mit dem Mietwagen ! Viele Grüße Ingo + Frauke Buch
