Outside, you can enjoy a private garden, covered terrace, and playground. Parking is free on the street. Pets are allowed for an additional fee (except cats). Smoking and events are not permitted. Nearby, you can also discover Praia do Muranzel, almost deserted with a 10 km stretch, located in the Protected Forest of São Jacinto—a haven of tranquility.
