The elegant residential complex “Villaggio Perlacea” is a new construction, completed in 2010 and only 150 meters from the beautiful “Quinta Spiaggia” beach in Golfo Aranci.
The location is strategic and is just a few steps from the sea in front of the «Quinta Spiaggia» and 50 meters from the supermarket and bar. Therefore it is possible to spend a holiday in complete relaxation without having to use the car.
The complex is just 18 km from Olbia (port and airport), 10 km from Porto Rotondo and 18 km from the Costa Smeralda.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with direct access to the terrace, kitchenette, large solarium with a beautiful view of the bay and a private parking. The terrace accessible from the kitchen is very spacious (20 sqm) and has a table with chairs to comfortably eat outside. The splendid solarium is located on the top floor and is accessible from the terrace of one of the two bedrooms. It is spacious and well-equipped for sunbathing and dining under the starry sky.
The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people (including children). The apartment also have free internet wi.fi and private parking.
