The house stands at the center of Old Town in a top neighborhood between Menekleous Street, Socratous Street and Fanouriou, which are the most popular streets among all.
It is a private house built strictly with the architecture of the Old Town. A 5-meters wall that surrounds the building, keeping the garden and your stay totally private. Actually is a Villa in the Old Town.
The Garden is full of plants and beautiful 5meter tall banana trees offering you a paradise experience.
It's a historical house built during the period of the Knights with the influence of Ottoman Time and later with a Hellenic architectural influence
The whole house is totally renovated with the latest modern line of architecture.
It is delightfully decorated with a balanced harmony of colors and furnished beautifully with all the luxury of simplicity.
The first floor of the house has two levels that are connected with stairs. All the wooden construction work, stairs, floor and roof are handmade by a Greek well known carpenter.
It includes 2 bedrooms that each one include a double bed, a living room with a single bed and a campbed and a dinning table and a big bathroom with bathtub.
The apartment is sunniness and well ventilated thanks to its big windows and strong portable fans in every room.
The house provides a fridge, boiler, hairdryer, Free WiFi and clean sheets and towels and toaster if needed.
