This cozy and bright apartment is located on Sant Bartomeu street, a
central but quiet street with almost no shops. 2 minutes from the
Sitges train station and 2 minutes from the beach of Sant Sebastián de
Sitges.

Located on the second floor without elevator, the Olivia apartment is a
comfortable apartment for 4 people.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with a shower. The
master bedroom has a double bed, large closets and air conditioning;
and the second bedroom has 2 single beds.

The apartment is renovated and decorated with great taste and top
quality furniture. There is free wifi throughout the apartment.

We have air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room. In the
living room there is a small balcony with views of Sant Bartomeu street
and in the kitchen there is a balcony to store beach equipment. The
kitchen is fully equipped to prepare any meal, it is spacious and very
functional.

The Olivia apartment is a fantastic place to spend a holiday in the
center of Sitges, very close to beaches, shops and restaurants.

* For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30
* For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

Departure information:
* Departure time is 11 am
* Remember to turn off the AC before your departure.
* Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or visible place,
never in the lock.

Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
