The apartment is located on the attic floor of a villa located in an area full of trees and very quiet. From Falcone - Borsellino airport it can be reached in 15 minutes. It is located in Partanna, not far from Mondello beach. Being in a residential area, not served by public transport - the bus stops can be reached in 15 minutes on foot - to reach the apartment or the bus stops that lead to the historic center of Palermo, it is necessary to have a car or motorbike . Parking is free. The apartment is accessed with an independent entrance and is located on the second floor.
It is bright; recently renovated and consists of a large living area with sofa bed, kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. A semi-covered balcony overlooking the garden can be used for breakfast. On the first floor, for guests, a terrace equipped as a solarium where a barbecue is available.
Bed linen and a set of sponge towels (small, medium, large) are provided for each guest. The kitchen is equipped with: electric oven, hob with hood, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, dishes, cups, glasses, cutlery plates and kitchen utensils (ladles, knives, etc.). A high chair is available for small children.
The heating is autonomous. There are also two air conditioners and a fan.
The apartment is equipped with a TV and free WIFI network.
The owner lives on the ground floor and first floor and shares only a flight of stairs with guests.
Even if the apartment is about 8 km from the historic center by using a specific public transport that passes with a frequency of about four minutes, you can also quickly reach the limited traffic area.
There are many supermarkets and a shopping center nearby. There are several shops where you can buy excellent fresh fish and local products.

Mondello beach is easy to reach. There are several beaches that allow you to comfortably spend a day at the beach and where sports activities such as beach volleyball are organized.
