The house is on the dunes of the Sabaudia coast between the sea and the lake, near Torre Paola in the Circeo National Park.
Less than 100m from the nearest access to the sea with free access, and 600m from the exclusive Saporetti bathing establishment: you leave the house with sandals and in five minutes you are on a very wide beach, where it is not difficult to find a place at more than 5 or 10 meters from other vacationers even during summer high season.
It benefits from the services of the residential complex which is accessed from number Strada Lungomare Pontino 101 of Sabaudia, including a reserved parking inside (2 cars per house).
The house is on one level, and includes the entire floor of a three-storey building. The apartment is directly connected to a large garden that are of exclusive of the tenant. You can enter in the garden either from the parking lot, or through a pedestrian gate facing directly on the seafront. All the accesses to the apartment or to the garden are not shared with other person living in the residential complex.
All these features guarantee the possibility of having the needed social distancing and privacy, if required to enjoy your holiday in absolute tranquility and safety!
