Completely remodeled home. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and central AC. 52" and 58" flat screen TVs with movies & TV. WIFI and US long distance phone service included. An entertainers dream. Bus stop within 100 yards. Shopping area complete with restaurants and world class live entertainment destination, "The Canyon Club" within a 5-10 minute walk.
