Amazing condo situated on the 15th floor of the luxurious oceanfront development of Icon Vallarta, this modern, and unique property has everything you need for a perfect vacation.

The Condo is fully furnished, and comfortable; a wrap around private balcony with outdoor cot, table, and chairs to enjoy the ocean views, marina cruiseships, and mountains.

The Bedroom has a comfortable king bed, linens are provided, desk, lamp, and mirror for the ladies. It also has a flat screen TV with cable, DVD, in addition to free phone, wireless internet, and security box. The Room opens into the wrap around balcony with direct views of the ocean. We have available a baby travel cot (ask in advance).
The bathroom has a shower from which you can admire the beautiful view of the sea while taking a bath. Towels, bathrobes, and pool towels are provived for your comfort.

Fully equipped kitchen with coffe maker, toaster, microwave, oven, blender, juice maker, wine glasses, and all the cooking utensils in case you need them. There is a large refrigerator with ice maker, and a two people bar for a quick meal, or to prepare food.

There is a beautiful, and spacious dining room for 4 people. In the living room there is another TV with cable and Netflix.

The department has a good internet for those who need to work.

There is also a laundry with washer, dryer, iron and iron board.

Icon Vallarta is a very special property, designed by Yoo by Starck.You can enjoy the two beautiful Pools, Private Beach with sun loungers, cots and umbrellas. There is restaurant for breakfast, Beach Club for snacks, Beach Bar, and Jacuzzis with the most amazing oceanviews. Sunsets are incredible.
Icon is the Only development in Vallarta with Inside Concierge, Spa, Gym, Cinema ,Library, Game Area with billard, ping pong and hockey, Bussiness Center, and Areas for Kids. The desing of each Lobby is special and unique.

The apartment had amazing views, it was very comfortable the facilities in the complex were excellent and very well maintained. Communication with the owners was excellent. The only thing I gave four stars was the location as there’s not that many great restaurants close so it does require getting an Uber but there was a good supermarket within a short walk form the ICON.

Amazing experience!

Betzy was such a gracious host very responsive to our communication. The condo is beautiful, gorgeous view and hearing the waves all day is so relaxing. We will definitely visit again with Betzy!

Icon Vallarta get away

The property is located a bit out from the hustle and bustle of downtown Vallarta which for us was ideal. There was a full grocery store within 5 minutes and great restaurants nearby. A very secure property and the unit was clean, well equipped and superb views. Very comfortable and met our expectations. Only good things to say about our stay

Having been to PV several times, I always stay at Icon, they make things easy, which to me is the point of a vacation. The unit has everything you need and there is a grocery store very close. Betzy is a great host, I appreciated the drinking water and welcoming snacks!

ICON Vallarta Condo as advertised!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the ICON Vallarta. From Betzy's personal welcome to the nicely decorated unit it was a great retreat. The binder in the room explained everything clearly. There were lots of little touches, a well stocked kitchen, curtains for privacy, nice balcony furniture and a great view (loved seeing whales from the balcony). Loved the heated pool. We wished the water pressure was stronger and that there was more sun on the balcony. 10/10 Highly recommend.

Home away from home

We really enjoyed our stay at Betzys Condo. We had everything we needed. My husband and I stayed there and it was just perfect for the 2 of us. The patio was very comfortable.. We enjoyed having breakfast out on the patio table. The pool is excellent and all the staff is 100% especially the beach bar staff.. They all treated us like family.. Betzys Condo will not disappoint. We highly recommend this place.

Overall a great experience at the Icon in this unit. Betzy and Fransisco were the perfect hosts, equipped with lots of information (the binder in the room was our BIble :), timely responses and great recommendations. The only thing that was a bummer was that the gym is only open prior to 4pm for non residence guests. Not a deal breaker, just a bummer. Other than that, condo was clean, well stocked with everything you would need, well decorated. PERFECT! Definitely our favorite unit we have rented in Icon so far.

What you see in the pictures gives you a good idea and it is even better when your are there. The condo is well maintained and clean. Everything in the condo is of hight quality The view is marvellous and you don't mind spending time in the condo to look at the view. All the windows slide in each other and it gives you the feeling of always being outside The employes are all happy to help you The owner Betzy gives excellent customer service The condo is also well placed near many restaurants , groceries etc. I don't hesitate to recommend the property.

Great views

Yes, the view is spectacular, especially beautiful when the big ships come in. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped (a mixing bowl would have been good though). The welcome basket was much appreciated. There were a few things at the condo that need attention such as providing more than one roll of toilet paper for a week’s stay, providing some back up trash bags, and some cleaning products (as was listed in the write up) when there is no maid service. Given the price paid for the condo one should not have to buy these things for a one week stay. Also the remote for the DVD player is rusted out so inoperable. The description also lists an outdoor grill, but there is none. The pools are great and it is very quiet for sleeping at night. The condo has more positives than negatives and with a few tweaks it would be 5 stars.

Million Dollar View

This condo was well appointed with all the conveniences of home. The location is excellent within walking distance to stores and restaurants. Taxis readily available for a trip to the The Marina, Malecón or just around town. Contact with the owner was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommended, we enjoyed for two weeks.

Met All Our Needs

Going to Puerto Vallarta we wanted a place to de-stress and enjoy all that PV and the condo facilities have to offer. We didn't want to deal with condo or booking surprises during our stay (no drama). I'm happy to say that this unit delivered on all counts. All was explained to us prior to arrival. Upon arrival, there was a representative there to greet us (nice!). We were taken to the unit with all of our initial questions answered. The place was immaculate, nicely furnished, with lots of dishes, cooking utensils, and the like. Was easy enough to connect with any questions we had along the way. All in all, it felt like "home" (as it should be).For a quality, no surprise experience, we would highly recommend this unit.Thank you Betzy & Francisco for making our stay special.

We have stayed at the Icon 3 times over the last 7 years and this was hands down the best property we have stayed at. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. Bed was comfortable Both indoor and outdoor furniture was comfortable. Betzy was always available and responsive to the few questions we had. Have booked for 2025 already.

Beautiful!

My wife and I just returned from our first trip to Puerto Vallarta and loved the condo! Has everything, I think, anyone would require. Watching sunsets was spectacular! The unit and property were very well kept. The only complaint is that the pool was too warm to try and cool off much on those hot days. Will definitely see if the unit s available when we return. Don’t miss this gem

This apartment is as close to perfect as you can get. Exactly as described - beautiful views, well designed and containing everything you might possible need. The host was very responsive. The Icon itself is very secure and has a huge pool, hot tubs, a gym and a lovely beachfront with bar and lunch service (and the food was good!) There are a few restaurants around the immediate area, but most of the restaurants and lively neighborhoods ( Versalles, Centro, Romantic Zone ) are a 15-20 minute cab/uber ride away (but they are inexpensive and plentiful.) This was the only drawback to the location. Highly recommended.
