Unser Aufenhalt haben wir sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war wunderschön und ausreichend eingerichtet mit allem was man Brauch. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten waren aber dennoch nicht so gut. Am Pool wäre ein Geländer hilfreich gewesen um besser ein und auszusteigen denn wer Rückenprobleme hat kommt aus dem Pool sehr schlecht wieder raus und erst garnicht rein. Der Grill war leider extrem dreckig so das man ihn am liebsten nicht benutzen wollte. Mit Grillschalen die gekauft wurden ging es dann. Das waren unsere Mängel aber sonst war es ein Tolles Haus was wir immer wieder buchen würden. Der Vermieter war extrem Höflich und sofort zur Stelle wenn wir ihn kontaktiert haben. So wie es auf den Fotos beschrieben ist , ist es auch vor Ort ein rundum tolles Haus.

Wohnen wie Einheimische

Am Anreisetag haben wir bereits um 10.00 Uhr das Haus beziehen können. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter über Whats App war auch auf deutsch problemlos. Er war stets freundlich und hat umgehend geantwortet. Im Grunde entspricht das Haus der Beschreibung. Ich würde die angegebenen 2 Bäder mehr als 1,5 bezeichnen, da das zweite Bad außen am Pool liegt und lediglich eine Lamellentür besitzt. "Abhörsicher" ist es nicht. Der Gesamtstatus des Hauses ist GUT. Ich habe schon in Häusern gewohnt die ein vielfaches teurer waren und weitaus schlechter gepflegt waren. Der Poll entspricht der größe auf den Bildern. Also zum abkühlen gut, Bahnen Schwimmen ist hier nicht möglich. Ich würde sagen so ca. 3 X 3 Meter im Quadrat. Der Pool liegt in einem "Innenhof" ist für fremde nicht einsehbar, jedoch ist auch die Sonne dort ehr selten vertreten. Die Geräte im Haus haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Wie üblich muss man für die Kaffeemaschine und den Wasserkocher etwas mehr Zeit einplanen als in Deutschland. Der Grill hat gut funktioniert. Gas war erfreulicherweise vorhanden. Das Haus liegt im Ort Villafranca. Dieser ist sehr einheimisch. Fußläufig ist ein sehr gut sortierter Supermarkt zu erreichen. Weiterhin ein Bäcker und eine einheimische Pizzeria. (Pizza ist lecker) Alle Menschen in dem Ort waren sehr sehr freundlich. Man muss natürlich wissen wo man wohnt. Zum Strand sind es halt mindestens 30 Minuten mit dem Auto. Nach Palma muss man 35 Minuten rechnen.

Tolle Unterkunft in zentraler Lage für Ausflüge

Wir Drei waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und der Ausstattung. Die Größe war ausreichend für uns und das Interieur selbsterklärend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Den Pool haben wir an einen Tag zum Entspannt genießen können. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war stets freundlich und zielführend. Wir haben die Unterkunft gewählt, da sie recht zentral auf der Insel liegt und man mit einem Auto in jede Richtung der Insel ca. 45min fährt. Der Terrassentisch lud abends zum Verweilen ein. Ich würde die Unterkunft jeder Zeit wieder anmieten.

Schöne Unterkunft

Wir waren im Dezember dort und es war ein sehr toller Aufenthalt. Bernat hat uns bei allen Fragen geholfen. Super war, dass wir ein Babybett und Hochstuhl bekommen haben. Außerdem gibt es einen Mixer, um Babybrei zu machen. Da es im Dezember schon kühl aber sonnig war, war die Heizung in der Wohnung wichtig, daher war uns nie kalt. Die Wohnung ist vom Flughafen auch gut mit den Bussen erreichbar!

Première nuit dans le logement réservé et payé remplacée 2 jours avant notre arrivée par une nuit dans un logement d'un standing inférieur (sans extérieur ni piscine) , sans explications ni dédommagement de la part du propriétaire pas très accueillant ni très arrangeant (on ne l'a jamais vu et communication par WhatsApp assez sèche) Spacieuse et confortable, cette maison de village en bord de rue est assez bruyante. Cour intérieure agréable mais peu ensoleillée à cause des murs qui l'encadrent. Quelques équipements de base manquaient : pas de poubelle ni de sacs poubelles dans la cuisine.

La casa esta muy buen arreglada, muy limpia y muy cuidada. La verdad es que se respira mucha tranquilidad y estás a 30’ de cualquier ubicación de la isla. Muy contentos con el trato y si volvemos a la isla seguro que repetiremos!!!

Schönes Haus in zentraler Lage für Ausflüge

Ein schönes Haus mit Pool. Die Lage ist hervorragend für Ausflüge zu diversen Stränden oder Städten geeignet. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Sämtliche Anfragen wurden sofort beantwortet und Probleme am nächsten Tag behoben. Es könnte etwas mehr Geschirr, Besteck und auch Kochtöpfe vorhanden sein. Ansonsten waren wir rundum zufrieden und können dieses Haus weiterempfehlen.

Vilafranca Finca

Wir wurden schon erwartet,bekamen das Haus erklärt.Die Einrichtung ist modern und mit allem was nötig ist ausgestattet ,genau wie in der Beschreibung,über Klimaanlage,Waschmaschine,Gefrierschrank, Gasgrill, alles super. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt,top Zustand. Der Vermieter antwortet auf jede Frage sofort.Wir können es nur empfehlen, hat uns viel Spaß gemacht. Man muß aber einen Mietwagen haben,weil es zum Strand ca 30km sind.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort 2 Lebensmittelläden ganz nah, 5min.sonst Manacor,gibt es alles, Aldi, Lidl, Eroski usw. War ein super Urlaub. Danke an den Vermieter Bernat
