About this property

Located 7 minutes walking distance from the subway station, and 10 stops to the city center. Close to nature, lakes and several playgrounds

The house has three floors. On the top floor there are three bedrooms (one master and two single), one toilet with sink and shower and a small TV area with a sofa bed. On the entrance floor there is the kitchen and living room / dining area. From the living room there is an entrance to the terrace. The terrace's stairs lead down to the garden. In the basement there is one toilet with sink and shower, a laundry room and a hobby room.
The fantastic designed garden offers several areas to relax. A beautiful greenhouse / orangery with a sofa and table for spending summer evenings, sunbeds, trampoline and two private parking spaces.

Great house and location

Really lovely house in ideal location. Very close to tube station and shops, really easy to visit Stockholm. Highly recommended!

Top Haus!

Sehr schönes, super gut ausgestattetes Haus: alles vorhanden, um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen, komplette Küchenausstattung mit tollen Top-Geräten. Sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung, alles gepflegt und ordentlich. Wundervoller Garten mit schönen gemütlichen Ecken, romantischer Wintergarten und sogar eine outdoor-Küche! Man kann die Möglichkeiten des Hauses gar nicht alle nutzen. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen gepflegten Wohngegend; fußläufig U-Bahn-Station und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir sind oft mit dem Rad in die Stadt gefahren (ca. 20 - 30 min, je nach Ziel), sehr gute Radwege! Auch in der Umgebung viel Natur mit schönen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten per Rad. Wir können das Haus und die netten Vermieter unbedingt weiterempfehlen!!

Idyllische Wohlfühloase

Das Haus ist bestens gelegen, mit kurzen Wegen zur U-Bahnstation und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und die Ausstattung ist top. Der Garten lädt zum Ausspannen und Verweilen ein. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub.

Tolles Haus

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war perfekt. Das Haus liegt im Grünen und hat einen sehr schönen Garten. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir konnten sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nach Stockholm fahren. Es war eine wunderschöne Woche.
