Punta Prosciutto - Villa with garden, with direct access to the sea

Splendid villa of about 80 covered square meters plus 250 square meters of garden, with direct access to the sea, in the famous and splendid beach of Punta Prosciutto, the most beautiful in Salento (skyscanner source), where the fine white sand on one side and the crystal clear water on the other hand will make you believe you are in the Caribbean. The beach, with its tropical charm, is delimited by centuries-old dunes covered by the typical Mediterranean Salento vegetation, a protected reserve of the Palude del Conte Regional Natural Park. The sea is clear with shallow and sandy bottoms, and is a real invitation to snorkel; ideal for families, since the width of the beach and the shallow waters on the shore allow children to be supervised; perfect for lovers of long walks.
The independent house consists of a veranda, a spacious living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a large garden.
From a garden gate you enter directly into a sandy path of about 50 meters which will take you directly with your feet into the sea (free beach).
In the large, well-kept garden, you will find: elegant wooden structure with quality curtains, barbecue, pilozza, rattan table and armchairs, cast iron benches and table, outdoor shower, two beds, 2 umbrellas, rocking chair, two swings, football professional table, bike, basketball hoop. Possibility to park two cars.
In the living room there is a 12,000 btu air conditioner that allows you to refresh the whole house. The mattresses are new and of excellent quality, like all the furniture. In each room there is a TV. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
The kitchen includes, among other things, three refrigerators, washing machine, electric oven, kitchen with gas cylinder, coffee pod machine, microwave, as well as everything needed for cooking and the necessary dishes for dining.
For each user will be available sheets and pillowcases, as well as 2 towels (small and medium). Of course, you will also find a hairdryer and iron.
A comfortable staircase leads to the terrace where you will find a table, 4 chairs and an umbrella; from the terrace it is possible to enjoy a unique panorama, as well as being able to make a breakfast with sea view which contributes to making everything unforgettable.
The house is equipped with an alarm system (contacts on gates, doors and roller shutters, internal and external detectors) connected directly with a private security institute.
The price of the stay includes breakfast with packaged croissants and blue bourbon coffee and a welcome drink
The house can accommodate up to 6 people (5th and 6th with supplement).
At about 70 meters there is a bar, also authorized for the sale of food. Daily, street vendors pass by selling local products. For an important food expense, you can go to Avetrana, just 10/12 minutes by car.
