The pluses: The house is as described, it is quite spacious and relatively well equipped, the swimming pool with salt filtration is very pleasant, we can easily walk everywhere. The minuses: To get there you have to take a path between the fields, stony and dusty, quite long and difficult (car cleanliness freaks should refrain) BIG BLACK POINT, not specified, there is no running water, the water is stored in a small buried tank, and is not DRINKING, we were two adults and a 20 month old baby, it is necessary to arrange a supply by truck every two days, which is very restrictive, the service provider does not have the key so you have to either be there or leave the gate open, which due to the isolation is not very secure. General maintenance of the house does not seem to be a priority, the kitchen air conditioning is out of order, turns on by itself so as not to work, it must be disconnected at the electrical panel, the other air conditioners work but their last maintenance must be a long time ago. The second bedroom is in a part not accessible from the main house, which is not mentioned either. Sanitation is provided by a septic tank which must be located under the small building which serves as storage and laundry room, it gives off a very unpleasant odor. In this same building is the pump which supplies water to the water heater and the house, an extremely noisy and energy-consuming pump (beware of electricity consumption) 500 for 23 days. Das Haus und die Umgebung sind so schön wie in der Anzeige beschrieben –Leider gab es jedoch mehrere beeinträchtigende Punkte.• Bei unserer Anreise war das Haus nicht vorbereitet, da der Vermieter uns einen Tag später erwartete.• Der Vermieter übernachtete selbst vier Nächte im Gästehaus auf dem Grundstück, war von frühs bis Abends mit Arbeiten am Haus, Pool oder Grundstück beschäftigt, sodass wir keine Privatsphäre hatten. Als wir ihn darauf ansprachen, ging er für 2 Tage in ein Hotel und kam danach an mehreren Tagen zurück, um seine Arbeiten zu erledigen. Dadurch hatten wir in 8 von 10 Tagen keinerlei Privatsphäre.• Der Vermieter hatte eigene Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank des Ferienhauses gelagert, betrat das Haus in unserer Abwesenheit. Dabei hat er sogar die Fenster – auch im Schlafzimmer – geöffnet, was zu einem Insektenproblem führte und unsere Privatsphäre massiv verletzte.• Die Wasserversorgung war unzuverlässig, da die Pumpe immer wieder abgestellt wurde. Mehrfach standen wir nachts plötzlich ohne Wasser da.• Bei der Stromabrechnung wurde keinerlei Unterscheidung gemacht zwischen unserem tatsächlichen Verbrauch und dem Verbrauch des Vermieters. Anstelle einer privaten Unterkunft mit zwei Schlafzimmern, Pool und ganz viel Privatsphäre, mussten wir das Grundstück faktisch mit dem Vermieter teilen. Wäre dies von Anfang an so in der Beschreibung kommuniziert worden, (hätten wir diese Unterkunft nicht gewählt) wäre es aber nachvollziehbar gewesen.
