This building is from 1920, which was completely refurbished in 2017. It is a perfect location in the city center and unique for a big family or group of friends which would like to spend their holidays together without having to rent different spaces. The building has a main entrance for both apartments and a single entrace for each of both apartments. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one living room, full equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a beautiful terrace. The satellite TV has all english and german channels. Each space has air conditioning. You will have a stunning holiday without having to use a car. Nice bakers and restaurants are very close to the building; the main street with many bars is close but far away regarding noise. Beach is only 250 m away. The next golf courses are 5 minutes drive
