Great spot but questionable privacy

The property was very nice! We felt safe, had a great outdoor area for relaxing and off street secure parking. Had a few minor maintenance issues (closet door fell off the track and slow draining shower) but the owner addressed them quickly and was appreciative that we brought the issues forward. Driveway isn't suitable for large vehicles but our rental BMW 3 series was no problem. ***Finally, there's a lower level apartment on the property that could be rented out short notice. Doesn't seem to fit VRBO standards. It wasn't a problem but was an unwelcomed surprise.

A Great base to tour Portugal's port region

The villa was superb, comfortable and stylish and with all modern day comforts. The host Pedro was very kind and very helpful. He was ready to provide advice, information and went out of his way to do so. Check in was smooth and I recommend Pedro's place to any one who wishes to use it as a base to visit one of Portugal's most awesome regions.
