This beautiful farmhouse is set in the woody hills that separate the Chiana and the Arno valleys, in a panoramic position with a superb view of the valley below and of the nearby town of Arezzo. Around the house there is a lovely garden full of flowers, completely fenced, and equipped with gazebo and garden furniture, which merges harmoniously with the surrounding natural environment. To one side of the garden there is a lovely swimming pool (6 x 9 m., depth 1,20 m. - open from 01st May to 30th September) and an hydro massage bath (6 seats - on payment). All around the property there are conifer and oak woods which guarantee fresh and clean air but also maximum privacy. Furniture and the large villa equipment. The furniture is of excellent quality and very comfortable. Satellite TV (3), barbecue and a children play area are available for guests' use. Due to the way it has been divided (separate entrances and three kitchens) it is also suitable for the accommodation of more than one family group who decide to spend their holidays together while maintaining a degree of independence. At the arrival all the guests will receive a basket with basic food. Moreover, respecting the need of energy saving, the house is endowed with solar panels. Even your small size four-legged friends are welcome here.
