About this property

Studio skis in winter, from mountain biking and hiking in summer

The best situation for winter and summer resort: Departure and return skis from the studio
Completely renovated in 2015.
Free wifi.
The residence is located 200 m from the center and its shops.
Starting school ski and ski lifts 20 meters.

The studio is located on the ground floor (Exposure Southwest) overlooking the valley of Les Arcs, so you will be protected from the noise of the car park north.
It is equipped with every comfort for your vacation - dishwasher, multifunction oven, Perco + Senseo, flat screen television, raclette machine ...

Daycare for children (The Galopins) will take care of your children at the end of the street. (Free in July and August)
The ski resort of La Rosiere: the 'SAN BERNARDO' is connected to the Italian resort of LA THUILE. 160 km of tracks on a mainly south facing area.

In summer, the resort has developed activities in hiking, mountain bike (circuits and descents), golf.

The resort has the label 'Famille Plus'.

Some well-friendly bars welcome you for après ski and restaurants are nearby.

25km from the international train station of Bourg Saint Maurice. (Bus service to reach La Rosiére) and 75km from Albertville (motorway exit)
NB: By car in winter, cervical LITTLE ST BERNARD closed, do not take the tunnel of Mont Blanc to come to LA THUILE by Rosiere, located in ITALY (as you might suggest your GPS) but follow Chambery, ALBERVILLE , Moutiers and Bourg St Maurice.

    Alles klopt aan dit appartement. De plek is geweldig, zeer effectief ingericht ook qua skihok. Zeer aangenaam, schoon gewoon top. Communicatie ging goed. Wij hadden sneeuw, sneeuw en nog meer sneeuw dan je ooit gezien had. Liften en veel pistes gingen dicht voor de veiligheid maar onze kinderen hebben heerlijk gespeeld en tussen de bomen gecrosst in het bos boven het huisje.

    Bon aménagement proche des pistes

    Ce genre d’appartement est petit mais celui-ci est particulièrement bien pensé avec des espaces de rangement très nombreux. L’équipement est moderne et fonctionnel. La décoration est faite avec goût. C’est probablement l’un des appartements le mieux placé de tout l’immeuble. Certes la vue n’est pas extraordinaire mais il y a un accès aux pistes depuis la terrasse et le local à ski (qui donne aussi directement accès aux pistes) est à quelques mètres. Le départ de l’ESF est tout proche ce qui est pratique pour déposer ses enfants à leurs cours.

    Résidence calme et au pied des pistes, tout à disposition dans le studio, rien à prévoir ! Juste dérangé par un chien 2 studios plus loin qui n’a pas cessé d’aboyer mais aucun rapport avec la gestion du logement ! Joliment décoré, très cosy, contact facile avec le gérant, je recommande et réserve pour l’année prochaine !

    Bon séjour appartement conforme à la description.bonne situation au pied des pistes. Un seul bémol : le ststationnement aucune place disponible pour la copropriété et aux alentours proche. Obligé de se garer au parking entrée de Station situé à environ 1km de la location. Néanmoins bonne appréciation. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Concernant les problèmes de parking Je transmets un document qualité aux services de la mairie.
