The Villa
Villa MariSoul is designed for relaxed, outdoor-focused holidays: a large garden, private pool, multiple patios and seating areas, and plenty of room to spend time together (or enjoy extra privacy when needed).

Stayed here with my family June 29, 2018, for 10 days and we couldn't have been more pleased. The house was exactly as pictured! There was room enough for everyone. My nieces stayed in the pool every opportunity they could get in. House was beautiful had everything needed to cook, relax,and have fun.

A perfect dreamy week at Villa Marisoul

We had an absolutely perfect time staying at Villa Marisoul. The Villa is gorgeous- spacious, well stocked outdoor kitchens, large pool and outdoor seating, comfortable beds with A/C, private parking and free use of bikes. The surrounding areas are beautiful with so much to do including hikes, swimming in grottos from boats or from local beaches, exploring the old town, visits to Ponza island and more. And most importantly, Chiara and Edoardo were incredibly helpful, friendly and easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend!

Like an Oasis

Marisoul is a lovely villa away from the crowds and a short bike ride or ride to the beautiful beaches. It’s a quiet and private location There were 11 of us and Marisoul provided more than adequate space for all of us. Edoardo was a fantastic host and helped two of our guest plan a small, private wedding at the villa. He was always available to answer any questions or help us with making plans for trips. His responses were always very polite and immediate. Clara was also very helpful and greeted us and made us feel welcomed when we first arrived. We highly recommend MariSoul for a vacation spot which provides a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, yet there is plenty to do if you want to explore the islands, or just the area.

Birthday Celebrations

Property looks exactly like the images on the website - we loved the pool and outdoor eating and cooking spaces. Everyone was comfortable and we all had our favourite spaces in the gardens and villa. Transport is needed if you wish to explore the surrounding area but the bikes and electric bikes are great fun to use. Edoardo was very helpful and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.

Bellissima villa con piscina

La villa è molto grande, si trova in un residence con accesso riservato ai soli residenti, divisa in due strutture indipendenti con entrate separate, quindi veramente consigliata per molte persone. Giardino molto curato con cucine esterne e bellissima piscina. Ben arredata all'interno, e soprattutto pulita, peccato per i bagni che risultano essere molto usurati e necessitano sicuramente di essere rinnovati. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati ben accolti da Edoardo e abbiamo trovato la casa gia fornita di asciugamani, lenzuola, bagnoschiuma, saponi vari, legna per il barbecue, acqua, etc... Abbiamo apprezzato molto. Il mare e' raggiungibile in macchina in pochi minuti e allo stesso modo e' possibile raggiungere facilmente supermercati e ristoranti nelle vicinanze.

VACANZA FANTASTICA

Ho trascorso due settimane di vacanza ad agosto: eravamo 4 famiglie (8 adulti e 6 bambini) e ci siamo trovati splendidamente. Gli spazi sono molto ampi perciò ogni famiglia ha la sua privacy ma al contempo si possono condividere molti momenti piacevoli quali pranzi e cene (ottima idea le cucine esterne). La posizione della villa è buona in quanto si trova molto vicino alla spiaggia anche se la stessa è raggiungibile solo in macchina perché bisogna percorrere una strada abbastanza trafficata e, soprattutto in presenza di bambini, non adatta ad essere percorsa a piedi o in bici. L'aria condizionata ai piani superiori è ottima e al piano inferiore effettivamente non è necessaria, in quanto, trattandosi di stanze fresche, la pala al soffitto è sufficiente. Il giardino è davvero grande e non presenta pericoli: puoi goderti la cena al tavolo con gli amici e non preoccuparti dei bambini che se ne stanno da soli a giocare tranquillamente (questo per noi ha fatto la differenza!!). Piscina bella e pulita. Il proprietario è super disponibile: ha risposte alle numerose nostre domande/richieste inviate in qualsiasi momento, anche durante il soggiorno. Ci tornerei subito!

Bellissima villa, relax e divertimento

Siamo stati con un gruppo di amici in questa bellissima villa a San Felice Circeo, abbiamo trovato un posto molto curato per il nostro week end lungo. Edoardo ci ha dato le informazioni necessarie prima dell'arrivo ed all'accoglienza, Nora, una ragazza molto simpatica e alla mano ci ha illustrato la villa. Abbiamo passato una breve vacanza con molto relax, grigliate, e nonostante ancora non fosse estate anche qualche bagno in piscina. Torneremo sicuramente appena possibile. Altamente consigliata
