Located 200m from the beach, and 400m from the port and the city center of Port Leucate, in a very quiet residential area, the house is completely renovated (2018). Covering an area of 55m² outside patio, it has all the necessary equipment to spend a wonderful and relaxing holiday, with family or friends.
The house has 2 bedrooms (a double bed in one, 2 double beds in the second), a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet, an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob cooking, coffee machine (senseo), fridge freezer, living room with sofa bed, TV, and patio with veranda and garden furniture for 6 people; barbecue and plancha are available;
Please note, "evenings" are prohibited; Household linen not provided

Belle maison, moderne et bien placée

Cette maison a été rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. Elle est très bien équipée (electromenager, cuisine équipée, belle sdb avec douche à l'italienne, douche extérieure...). Toutes les pièces ont un accès direct sur la grande terrasse couverte, c'est très agréable. La maison est à seulement quelques mètres de la plage. La propriétaire est très sympathique. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse pour les vacances et nous y retournerons.

Petite maisonnette très agréable autour de toutes commodités (commerces, port, plage...) . Je le conseille, propriétaire très réactive. C est propre et il y a tout du lave linge, lave vaisselle, .....👌👌
