Luxury Villa Sunset View

Sunset View Villa is amphitheatrically built near the village of Paroikia in Paros, where the famous, cosmopolitan old market is located, at the distance of only 800m.

Sunset View is 135sq.m. luxuriously furnished, with a big private terrace (80sq.m.), and has a beautiful view at the natural bay of Paroikia. You will never forget the beautiful sunset and the view of the other neighboring islands, Serifos, Sifnoos and Siros.

Sunset View Villa is suitable for 6 adults or 4 adults with 2 children or for a family. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, a big dining room for 6 people, 3 bed rooms each equipped with a king-size bed that has an anatomic orthopedic mattress, a big bathroom with a bathtub and hydro-massage, and ιn one of the bedrooms there’s also an extra mini-bathroom with a toilet and a shower. The terrace is furnished with outdoors furniture, Jacuzzi, barbecue, and deck chairs.

The kitchen offers all modern luxuries so as the visitor will feel like home. It is fully equipped with a dining room, fridge, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, an electric dish washer and all the needed cooking equipment.

The living room has a big sofa, a modern-looking small table, a 50inch Plasma TV, and a unique sunset view.

Every bedroom is equipped with a comfortable king-sized bed, wardrobes, a 32inch Plasma TV, and Air-Conditioning. They’re beautifully furnished and painted with harmonic colors. In one of the bedrooms there’s also an extra mini-bathroom with a toilet and a shower.

The bathroom has a big bathtub with hydro-massage, hot water all the time, and 2 faucets.

The terrace is furnished with outdoor decorations so you can combine your daily meals, with the unique sea- and sunset view. There is also a big private Jacuzzi with capacity for 6 people so everyone can relax together and enjoy the beautiful view. There are also deck chairs to enjoy your drinks, and a barbecue grill, after agreement with the owner.
