About this property

Lovely little house near Aarhus C. The house is a bungalow from 1940 at 120km2
On the first floor there is entrance and a small passage. There is a large living room with access to a beautiful wooden terrace with views. Nice kitchen with dining area and a small toilet. In the basement is the entrance, large utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Large bath room and two nice rooms.
To the house there is the most beautiful garden with garden furniture, grill, trampoline and everything that children would like to play with.
The house is located in an old residential neighborhood close to the Botanical Garden and the University College / UNI. there
is about 1.8 km to Aarhus C, Aros and 500 meters to shopping.
The house is close to the old town and within 5 km you will find dock 1, the harbor, the railway station all the city's shops and restaurants.
Århus has several good beaches, all of which can be reached by bike or under half an hour by bus. It also welcomes Tivoli freedom, the Aarhus arena, the mansion and Marselisborg.
