Our Link to Cinque Terre

Great little spot in the heart of La Spezia. Lots of stairs, so you need to know. Great bed! Food and services nearby, too!

Great experience

Close to the train station as well as sights in LaSpezia. Clean and fun decor. Elisa was a helpful host. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat

Perfect location, clean and comfortable

Great communication and very helpful/hospitable. Easy to find and in a perfect spot for trains, buses and boats. We were able to check in early which was great. Everything was clean and the bed was comfy with the fan keeping the room cool. Loved the vibe of La Spezia

Pleasant stay

I had a wonderful stay at this VRBO property. The house was absolutely ideal for two people, and it was impeccably clean. Its prime location in La Spezia's city center made it a strategic hub for exploring. What's more, the host, Elisa, was incredibly kind and accommodating. She allowed us to check in early due to our heavy suitcases. Truly a delightful experience overall.

Clean and comfortable

Toni’s House provided a clean and comfortable base for our Cinque Terra and Pisa trips. Elisa, our host, was accommodating and let us stay longer when our car was towed. For the noisy street, bring ear plugs. Enjoy the comfie bed.

Gute Lage, netter Kontakt

Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend: 15 Minuten zum Bahnhof, keine 10 Minuten zum Hafen, eine Minute bis zum Markt und in die Innenstadt. In der Wohnung war nicht alles perfekt, aber der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr gut und sie hat sich immer bemüht, so schnell wie möglich Lösungen zu finden. Auch durften wir am Abreisetag länger in der Wohnung bleiben - danke dafür!

Ciao dovrei dire che stata una casa poco organizzata per 11 giorni non possiamo cambiare le federe e il resto non è parliamo dei asciugamani c’è ne avete lasciate 3 grandi sapendo che siamo in due, penso che sai una per i capelli e l’altra per il corpo, quando siamo arrivati abbiamo trovato un po’ di polvere e dei capelli in giro insomma la casa poco pulita lo dovuta rifare per sentirmi più tranquilla, siamo arrivati e abbiamo aspettato fino alle 16:30 per entrare, perché non ci avete comunicato che le chiavi erano in quella cassetta sulla descrizione vi abbiamo chiamato mille volte la vostra risposta che eravate occupata con un altro cliente ottima risposta direi. c’era scritto che le chiavi ci saremo visti per darcelo invece no. Non consiglio.

Cinque Terre

C’est une région tout simplement magnifique et ce logement est idéalement placé : gare à 10 mn à pied, marché à 2mn, centre ville également. Par contre, très peu de vaisselle dans le logement, pas de tire-bouchon ni d’économe. Soyez attentifs : l’annonce est ambiguë car il est indiqué 2 chambres or il n’y en a qu’1. La 2eme est en réalité le salon avec le canapé lit. Du coup la pièce à vivre est fortement réduite à 1 table et 3 chaises dans le prolongement du coin cuisine. Sinon logement très propre mais bruyant

À la découverte des 5 terres

J’ai réserver ce logement pour partir visiter les 5 terres à 2. La Spezia est la ville idéal en terme d’accessibilité, je recommande ce logement qui était propre, agréable et bien situé. Nous l’avons en revanche trouvez un peu bruyant. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires, si vous voulez visitez les 5 terres et la belle ville de la Spezia je vous le recommande.

We chose this spot thinking if it as a jumping off point for exploring Cinque Terra, but La Spezia surprised us, making this choice even better.
