Panoramic Sea View - Simply the best!
The most private+scenic view on quiet south Florianopolis.Large house above all others,with private access to beach. Large deck, infinity swimming pool. Four bedrooms, one atop house with stunning romantic views. 2 internal parking spaces, outside parking too.
This house is a dream and most of our guests agree. It is positioned about 35 meters above the sea, after a piece of forest. The view of the sea in front of it and 2 connected beaches is stunning both during the day and at night. The early morning sun provides a great photo opportunity along the horizon. Afternoon visits by exotic birds and lizards add to the entertainment. Guests will typically visit the beach (access through an internal stairway that leads to the sand) or enjoy the house pool during the day, barbecue or visit the town for meals and mostly enjoy the fabulous nature around the house.
It is mostly a wooden house (with a bit of concrete, where needed), built that way in order to maintain the charm of a typical house in the forest. It is well-stocked for cooking pleasant meals and our managers are always available to help guests with any of their needs while in paradise. On sunny days, guests will be mostly outdoors. On a rainy day, guests will appreciate nature's beauty and probably, a good book or TV. This place is definitely a unique place for nature lovers and will not disappoin!
